I recently purchased a bed frame from Divan Bed Warehouse, and they used Falcon 2 Man for delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I tried contacting Falcon 2 Man multiple times to confirm my delivery date, but they failed to respond. They don't pick up phone calls, and the email address they provided is invalid.
It's unacceptable that a courier company can't be bothered to communicate with customers. I've been left in limbo, waiting for my delivery date to be confirmed, and it's caused me unnecessary stress. I would not recommend using Falcon 2 Man or Divan Bed Warehouse until they sort out their delivery process.

Same as other writers here tracking non existent.They don't answer phone calls. Got the typical call about van breaking down. Then an email saying I refused delivery. Scam company have contacted my credit card company.

I ordered a bed that was due to be delivered on 7th December between 7–10am. We got up early, cleared out the old bed to make space, and waited — but the delivery never arrived. No contact from falcon and it just has on hold forever!!!
• No phone call, no updates, and no answer when trying to contact the delivery company (Falcon2man).
• After nearly an hour trying to get through to Divan Bed Warehouse, I was told the bed was delayed but would arrive later that day. I was even given a mobile number for the supposed delivery driver, which turned out to be completely wrong.
• After further calls, I was finally told the bed hadn’t even been loaded for delivery.
So here I am, left without a bed, no communication, and no apology. Customer service has been shocking — in fact, non-existent. When I asked to cancel my order, I was told it would take 30 days to process a refund, which is unacceptable.
Avoid this company. Don’t waste your time or money — the lack of professionalism and communication is appalling.

3 hours late delivering, no contact to update me, impossible to get through on phone. I paid for the assembly service as I am disabled and cannot manage it so imagine my shock when the delivery men said they didn't do it as didn't have the tools and would have to send for the assembly team which would be another 3 or 4 hours which given their time keeping is a conservative and unlikely occurrence I would think. Avoid, really poor service, communication & delivery.

Do NOT buy a bed from this company. I have had 2 failed deliveries since October. First delivery wrong bed, second delivery missing headboard. The guys put the stuff in the house and LITERALLY RAN AWAY out my front door. You cannot reach Divan bed wharehouse at all on the phone Nor (Falcon2man) basically two friends of divan with a hire van. Current going through visa for a refund. Even if this stops one person buying I’ll be happy. To do this to people before Xmas is disgraceful and over a period of 2 MONTHS! Now I’m sat here waiting for collection 4 hours after the time slot unable to contact anyone again. Daylight robbery

Don't Use this company
Don't buy from this company; they are fraudulent. When I asked for trading company details, they didn't provide them, and they aren't on the invoice either.
I placed an order on November 13th. On November 21st, they confirmed a delivery date for November 24th through their sister company, Falcon2man, between 7am and 10 am We had to wake up early and wait all day, but no delivery was made. They claimed there was a defect. The same story happened on November 29th and December 4th.
I tried calling them repeatedly, but each time I was put on hold for an hour.
I was about to report them to Trading Standards, but I also regret not reading reviews before purchasing. Now, I just want to warn others to avoid this one of the worst companies in the UK.

Avoid at all costs ....... obviously work with Divan Bed Warehouse, who are also a shower of shit. they say you get what you pay for. If it cheap there is usually a very good reason, in this case, you never receive it. AVOID them

Awful company. I'm pretty sure they exist entirely as a "delivery partner" for Divan Bed Warehouse (phone numbers are very similar). They'll give you delivery dates, confirm them, fail to turn up, then give you a new date weeks in the future. Rinse and repeat. Watching their tracker during one of my failed delivery days showed them driving around Birmingham and surrounding areas for a few hours, before heading a bit further out. They actually got quite close to me before clearly deciding to call it a day and heading back up the motorway to Birmingham, stopping at the services for a snack, all while my delivery showed it was still on track. Of course next day I got a new delivery date in 3 weeks time. Please avoid Divan Bed Warehouse and this joke of a service for your own good!

You won’t receive your bed or get any money back, they lie and blame YOU and then ghost you. The biggest SCAM going, I don’t know how this is allowed! I really really wish I had read the reviews first but I fell in to the Black Friday deals trap :(
I Ordered my bed in early November… on the 20th I finally heard from them, they sent an email with my delivery date & time, they asked me to respond back confirming that this is ok. I excitedly replied back straight away saying yes Thankyou I’m happy
With this date. So I made arrangements to be home, I booked it off work. We binned our chest of drawers because we thought we had a storage bed arriving soon. We have been sleeping on the mattress on the FLOOR…..
2 days before my delivery they email me and say “we received your DECLINE to the delivery date”. I messaged back saying I think there’s been a mistake? I messaged weeks ago saying I was more than happy for this date. They then responded back saying “we have been trying to contact you and never heard back from you so we’re forced to cancel the delivery”……so now they’re changing their story! They straight up LIE. I messaged back with an attachment of my email, proving that I responded AND agreed to it. I then also said if the delivery date is still NOT going ahead, please give me a call (& provided my number). There was no response. I sent another email asking for someone to please get back to me and let me know what’s going on, I need to know if I should go to work or not ??? Again, NO REPLY. I stayed home from work PRAYING that the bed will come as we’re sooo desperate…The delivery time slot passed, still no delivery & still not heard from them. My partner has spent multiple DAYS trying to call them, but they just keep him on hold for hours and never answer. I’m a very laid back person, if they had called me and said “we’re very sorry there’s been a manufacturing issue so the date will be delayed” then I’d be completely fine with it. But the fact that they’re LYING and blaming ME for things I did NOT do or say is completely UNACCEPTABLE. It’s coming up to Christmas, now really isn’t the time to be doing this. All I want is for someone to call me and have a conversation with me to keep me in the loop. But I’ve been completely ghosted so I take it that I’m never going to actually receive it . Honestly I’m heartbroken and so angry with myself that I’ve got myself in this situation. I’m now money down and need to buy a bed from somewhere else.
OMG what a nightmare
OMG what a nightmare. After 3 failed attempts to deliver my divan base and having to sleep on bedroom floor for over a week, it finally turned up today. But was delivered by two different that had been hired by the bed company as they’d had so much trouble with Falcon. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. But am very pleased with the divan base.

Delivery cancelled twice with very short notice and only reason given is that it was a mix up with postcodes, supposed to be delivered today between 11am and 2pm, no calls no texts, no emails, on hold for an hour, gave up no answer, tracked delivery and says 16:35, terrible service, falcon 2 man must be ran by 2 men as there’s nobody answering the phone..!! Avoid at all costs, divan bed warehouse were useless aswell so match made in heaven 0/10

Multiple failed delivery attempts and very poor communication. I was repeatedly given delivery dates that were not honoured. On the final attempt, I was told the driver was outside my property and that I “wasn’t in”. This was not true — I have Ring doorbell footage confirming no attempt was made.
When I tried to explain that they may have gone to the wrong address (which happens with some delivery companies), I was dismissed and told the driver had already left to make the next delivery, meaning I would have to rebook again.
After weeks of delays and conflicting information, I lost confidence entirely and had to raise a dispute with my card provider, who refunded me in full.
Excuses were later given about operational issues, but by that stage the service had already fallen well below an acceptable standard. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

Purchased a bed and mattress 3 weeks ago now. Was given a delivery time slot yesterday morning, 3 times divan bed warehouse told me I was the next delivery, well it never turned up. Having to sleep on a mattress on the floor with a newborn baby because I trusted that my bed was coming. Absolutely awful service. Can’t get through to anyone. Wondering if I’ll get a refund at this point.

Can’t get hold of falcon but you can get hold of Divan Bed Wearhouse for them to say they are running late but don’t show at all ! When I’ve called I get the same lady who says she will call back once she’s got hold of the delivery drivers but never calls back …. Still no bed and at my witts end ! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE CON ARTISTS AT LARGE !

This is, without a doubt, the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their service is beyond appalling, and their complete lack of professionalism is shocking. I ordered a bed from them, and not only did they fail to deliver it on the promised date, but they didn’t even bother to notify me. I was left waiting all day like a fool, hoping it would arrive. Spoiler: it didn’t.
Trying to contact them is an absolute nightmare. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they outright refuse to let you speak to a manager or anyone who can actually help. They brush you off with empty promises of callbacks that never happen and act as though your concerns are a nuisance.
I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from Divine Bed Warehouse, and now I wish I had. It’s clear they’re running the same scam as Falcon2man. Both companies are identical in their appalling behaviour—ignoring calls, leaving customers on hold for ages, and then cutting them off. They are completely unsympathetic, clueless about your order, and have no interest in resolving issues.
I’ve been waiting for my bed since the 22nd of November, and I still have no idea if it will ever arrive. This company is full of excuses, but they refuse to communicate with customers or take any accountability for their failures. It’s absolutely disgusting that they’re allowed to operate like this.
I don’t even think they deserve one star. This company is a disgrace, and I urge anyone reading this to stay far away. They’ll take your money, leave you hanging, and make you feel completely powerless. Whoever is responsible for regulating companies like this needs to step in and shut them down immediately.
Do not make the same mistake I did—avoid this company at all costs.
