We have known Scot for many years and he has always adhered to our needs and made the process very easy. We were given all the options and he put forward suggestions which turned out to be perfect. The purchasing process was easy and efficient. Scott was particularly attentive when my husband the named purchaser passed away suddenly leaving me to arrange payment and installation. The guys who came and installed the furniture were cheerful and efficient.

The original sales order (that you signed) does show that you selected our Essential delivery, which states “[delivery] to any accessible room, not including unpacking, assembly or set-up of any items”.
Our delivery options would have been explained to you at the time of your order, as well as available to view anytime in the customer information pack (that you were given) and on our website. Friendly service
Didn’t get pounced on when entering shop when needed help somebody was there to help and advise new what he was talking about. From ordering to delivery was informed. Text night before with time slot,on day of arrival phone call from driver saying how long they be very per light men put together items took all rubbish away.
