Worst experience, cancelling online orders whereas the item is available online and on the app and in stores; unprofessional customer service the team lack of coordination and communication contradictory feedback from the same source; they don’t answer emails, and the management is always” busy , in a meeting “to answer customer calls and handle escalation!!!beyond unprofessional and extremely disappointing….

Abudhabi yas mall Faces is one of the best bcz of its staff. Every time I go they all come forward n always help in fragrances for hours . Last but least always give gifts and samples with my purchases. There is extraordinary friendly environment and this time Raid, Mohammad, Kohl’s and Hamza assisted me at their best. They were all running around showing me best fragrances and helped me choosing the best perfumes from the store. Whenever you go do ask for them to assist you. Thankyou faces for the best service again.

I do not want to order from this store again. They promised same-day delivery, but the order was not delivered on time. They also seem to have no direct coordination with their courier service, which made the experience even more frustrating. Very poor customer service and disappointing online delivery experience. I would not recommend ordering online from them.

Shocking experience , faces delivery driver handed me my box full of high end products and retinoids worth 1400 aed scalding hot . He took the box out of his back trunk and I could accept it . I received a product from Faces.ae in a disgusting condition. The item was clearly used, scratched, and damaged, which is completely unacceptable for a beauty product that should be brand new.

The packaging was damaged and the device itself had multiple scratches and clear signs of prior use. This already shows a serious lack of quality control.

What is even more shocking is that there was a piece of a cutter blade inside the box. This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. Sending a product in this condition is not only careless but also a serious safety issue.

Trying to contact customer service was an absolute nightmare. They keep passing you from one person to another without resolving anything, and emails are simply ignored. No proper response, no accountability, nothing.

For a company operating in Dubai, this level of service is honestly shocking. I have never experienced such poor quality control and customer service from a beauty retailer before.

Receiving a used, damaged product with a blade inside the box, combined with non-existent customer support, is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly recommend customers to be very careful before ordering from Faces.ae.
