Placed an order and was super excited to receive it. I had no confirmation or tracking information sent to me but the money was taken from my account. Contacted customer services who were asking for my order number and address numerous times. They eventually came back to say that the order had been delivered, which it has not. The order was very important to me as the products were for me to do my aunties make up for her son’s wedding but they didn’t acknowledge this or care. They refused so far to issue a refund so I can buy new products, or send a new order and said the investigations could take 28 days. Terrible customer service and would not recommend ordering from them. Money gone with no products, shocking.

I ordered lots of brushes because I’ve heard the quality of Peaches & Cream Brushes are supposed to be amazing. As expected, once they arrived very quickly, they were amazing and applied my makeup seamlessly. I had an issue with the angled concealer brushes I had ordered and once contacting customer service they resolved my issue promptly and sent out replacements. Would definitely recommend!

I wrote 10 emails about my missing order .
I payed my makeup brushes but when I got the package there were no brushes inside just some lipsticks .
It been more than 5 months and I haven't goste my order or any slutio of this problem.

Won’t let me leave a TikTok review because too much time has passed, however your cream tint glaze bundle which I purchased is absolute dirt to the skin. It left my skin itchy and irritated which tells me it’s full of absolute crap! Cheap ingredients! Had my make up done in your shop in Liverpool too and the result was shocking, no care was taken and I was rushed out the door, beginner level make up artistry, cheap bottom level products you clearly use so as to maximise your income with no thought of the consumer, will never be back nor purchase any of your products, cheap dirt! And your make up “artists” are just as shit! All reviews from tiktok purchases are 5 star stop getting your employees, family and friends to leave reviews your products are dirt and so are your “make up artists” skills as I’ve had first hand experience! Absolute take on, peaches and scream!!!!!!

Absolutely love the peaches and cream lip products, they are second to none and I've tried everything. Lips look a beautiful colour with all shades and really plump like I've had my lips done. My recent experience was fantastic. I ordered the lip set with liners and glosses. However, I received 2 sets of lip gloss and no liners. The products I received were worth more in value than I paid but I really wanted the liners too. I emailed about my order and spoke with Eve who immediately sent the liners out to me so i would receive them before my holiday. Absolutely exceptional service and products. Thank you again x

I have a lot of peaches products as I absolutely love them. Ive put several orders theough via their website without any issues but recently an order wasnt delivered on the expected time frame. I waited a little while assuming it was a busy time for them but eventually emailed to let them know my order hasnt had any tracking updates. I had an email reply almost instantly and it was all sorted out and not only that less than 48 hours later i had a new order at my door with extra products to apologise. The best customer service i have ever received.

My original order was lost by Royal Mail which I tried to chase up and had no response so contacted Peaches and cream for help and they replied so quickly and resent the package and added a free gift which was lovely. Received the products (cream blush and lip blush) and I love them x

I have order from them previously as well as now, however i have kept emailing them regarding no receiving my order, and someone had emailed me back to back straight away however after those two emails after getting my order number i had sent all evidence in and its been like 2 months now and no one got back to me. So poor. And it is my money and i still not got the products. Dragged it on! When they should have given me a solution.

Absolutely love peaches and cream there products are outstanding and there staff are the most lovely people, customer service is second to none , very helpful happy to help if you have and issues which tbh I haven’t (a missing iteam during Easter sales ) which u can imagine how busy they were it’s an easy mistake, they sent lovely emails and a free gift for the mistake , not many places that are as helpful 💗 thank you peaches 🍑 can’t wait to order again x

Love Peaches and Cream I have shopped there for years. I usually shop in store but recently made an online order buying some items on offer in the Easter sale. My parcel was packed lovely but unfortunately one of the powder compacts came damaged. I contacted customer services who quickly replaced my item and sent a free gift as well!

Absolutely amazing service every time. One of the brushes I ordered was out of stock and the incredible team at peaches & cream contacted me immediately to pick a replacement or process a refund 🍑 I love their products and probably carry almost everything they stock in my kit. The best x.

Customer service is great. One of the products that I ordered was out of stock and they contacted me straight away to let me know. They were really helpful and let me order an alternative at no extra cost. The brushes are great too.

I had ordered the sun tint and sadly got a wrong order, so I have emailed the team and they have been the best, couldn’t be anymore apologetic they have sent me a replacement of what I originally ordered and even a free gift!

I highly rate Peaches and Cream for the lovely choise of products and their great customer service. My original order went missing but Eve resent it immediately and I received it the next day. She had even added some beautifully wrapped makeup brushes as a gift because my order was lost. I am delighted with the help from Eve, thank you!

They have resolved my problem as my order had arrived to me wrong which I received only one item and was very disappointed when opening my parcel. The team have handled it well and are now re sending my order which I am waiting for and will give a review once it arrives.
