I have been delighted with all the fabrics I've bought from Fabric Land. Delivery is quick and items arrive well-packed. I don't think you can beat them for value and quality.

Late in the evening I needed my order in a hurry, to complete a garment for my daughter. I made a note on the order to ask for the items as quickly as possible. The following morning the order was marked as urgent and it arrived the morning after. I was delighted to be able to complete the garment. As always in the past, the items I required were of excellent quality.

Order several rolls of materials, had 4 large holes in them and line marks ….we were cutting out 8 metre curtains, so had loads of waste because of this, and they refused to do anything about it

i had ordered a ivory and navy lace, the navy lace looked completely different in the photos and the ivory was stained, i had raised an issue and was very polite and gave them all the photos they needed, i received a call from a very very very nasty lady, i had been so polite on the phone and she was being extremely passive aggressive about the fact i had said i received the wrong lace, my mistake if i hadn’t and i had said that on the phone! maybe the website should take better photos of the lace. And in regards to the staining, i hasn’t realised they allocate extra fabric to account for the stained areas, which is great, and i told the lady on the phone id drop my issues as i didn’t realise so i was happy with my order basically! and the lady just said ‘okay.’ and ended the phone. Aggressive throughout the WHOLE call and for no reason, staff can playback the call if they record them and see how she had the nastiest attitude for no reason, really upsetting as the lace i did get was very nice, the customer service lets down the whole company. Coming from someone who works in customer service, train your staff better.

Very helpful and prompt delivery. I phoned up to place my order as i wanted less than 1m of a range of fabrics and they arrived well packaged and on time.
I just wish we still had an actual Fabricland shop in Salisbury, I would spend a lot more money if we did! 😃

Absolutely terrible - avoid! I ordered a 20 meter piece of fabric -their website specifically asks you to say how much you need so they can cut it in one piece “ This ensures our warehouse cuts your fabric in one continuous piece.” I received my fabric in two pieces which were joined together by plastic tags. The fabric was also stained. I did not have enough fabric because of this and had to buy more to replace it. When I called to complain they offered me a coupon and said that I had never asked for it in one piece. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place and order from somewhere else.

My parcel of fabric and matching thread arrrived the following day. Great service, easy to use the website to find just what I needed. Will definitely use again.
