Have used Formula 1 on a few occasions now, one being an urgent tyre change on my horse box. They did a full tyre check for no charge and have just had it serviced with them. Super friendly garage where nothing is too much trouble and know I can call and pop in if something needs checking. Highly recommend.

I have used this garage 3 times and each time I have had amazing service and the staff are as friendly as ever.Always had a trust issue with other garages to the point I never went back but Formula 1 has changed that.I will always use them now and highly recommend them.

The staff at the Tonbridge branch saved my day! I'd had my tyre allegedly sorted at another garage that morning for it to go flat again. The staff were so helpful and put my spare on for me so I was able to get to work, my 100 year old customer was waiting for me! Would definitely return for any other problems and recommend

The team in Tonbridge were superb. I was advised from another garage i needed tyres so i ordered online. Went to have them fitted and was told that there was a lot of tread left on my existing tyres so i could refund the online purchase. The level of honesty blew me away. A lot to be said for a family owned business with ethical values. They have not lost a sale but only postponed for the future. Thank you

Got a quick appointment to replace my breaks and discs on the same day I enquired. The service was excellent and fast and the staff were friendly.

Terrible place! Stay away from them! Booked my MOT 4 weeks ahead before the actual date of my car MOT Booked for 1 week before actual MOT . Went there for my MOT on the date I Booked and someone didn't turn up to work so they didn't have anyone to do my MOT they DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME I just Booked half day off for that... Well there was 2 guys sitting and chatting inside the reception no cars outside at all anyway...Then they rebook my MOT for Friday and my MOT was valid till Sunday... went there on Friday LIKE THEY REBOOK MY MOT and they had the guy who do MOT on off sick...and OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDN'T CALLED ME AGAIN! And so the next available date for AGAIN reeboked MOT was actually 3 weeks after my MOT...my car is my work and I can't drive without valid MOT anyway after I told this awful guy with glasses that he say very rude " you have 365 days in a year to book your MOT" Well I did 4 weeks ago that's your problem that you don't know your work and how to manage this garage, then he just didn't know what to say... They just left me without my MOT before weekend didn't give a dam to even say "sorry" that's our fault! I will never ever back there again and will definitely
advise all people who I know not to! Awful place awful people. Stay away from them!

Booked car for MOT stating that it would fail and wanted them to put right( explained some of the problems) Arrived 10 mins early , noticed not many cars , no one waiting in reception and staff standing around chatting ( this is when I should of guest something was wrong and should have checked company out). Was told would not do mot because of faults. I explained again that they were told this and I wanted them fixed. Obviously this company does not want business or customers. Although it didn’t cost me any money it was the inconvenience and time. Would stay clear as not worth the risk. Went to another garage down the road who laughed and said that what I requested was a usual thing with garages ( perhaps not with Formula one Autos).

Very friendly staff. Couldn't be more helpful and even managed to squeeze my MOT in after the service. Kept me informed throughout the day too. Thank you

Wonderful team of mechanics who went above and beyond to get me back on the road! Can’t thank them enough! Huge shout out to Adam and Mick, it’s not always easy being a woman in a garage situation however these guys explained everything and did not make attempts to over charge me for non existing issues like I’ve had many times over the years! Will definitely be returning!

Had my MOT done here recently and all I can say is excellent customer service. The guys went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and made a normally nervous job as a car owner very calming. Well done guys you do you company proud.

Top staff, friendly and helpful with everything. Will definitely be using them in the future. Had new tyres fitted and realignment. Gave me a run down of the work carried out and good general chit chat. Ignore the negative comments, all these guys want to do is fix cars, make the experience as enjoyable as possible and feel the customer has been looked after.

Emergency puncture repair dealt with in minutes. Super friendly service. Will be back.
