Popped in the off chance after being told by other places couldn't fit me in for a couple of weeks. I've had a rattle/rumble coming from passenger side for a while, its got worse considering I had it serviced and brakes done recently. They found a brake pad clip missing which could of caused me not only a huge cost with repair bills if the brakes had failed on me but also myself could of been injured.
Anyway they found the fault. Ordered the part. All done within the hr! Brilliant! Anxiety lowered somewhat. Grateful 🙏

Last year I spend £1038 repairing my Peugeot at Formula one ( break discs, brake pads, and other unknown items). First time having a car in UK. When I received the MOT certificate passed, they "forgot" to remove a couple of labours that they had been done in my car.
Despite the bad experience, the high amount invoiced, a second chance has been given to Formula one again.
I came back to pass the MOT (asking to do a service first) with the purpose as well to remind them to remove what it had been done last year.
They provided me the worst service ever and the rudest inappropriate responding when I was asking about the different services they do or what it should be done in my car. They should understand that not all the customers are familiar with the mechanical terminology. From my point of view, their only goal is steal money from you.
I paid £135 for a basic service and my MOT fail with a "majors defects" and they proposed a budget of £512 additional to be repaired. Unhappy, angry and suspecting of the abuse with the quote given , a colleague recommended me to go to another garage.
So, I went to another garage asking for help.The new garage explained me that the vehicle identification number belongs to the garage who do the test, so they offered me to do the test again unless I would decide to come back to Formula one, taking my own risk to have more advisories or find out other different defects…. or maybe less.
Could it be worse? I took the risk.
Surprisingly, MOT has been successfully passed but now they were considered those items as "advisories" instead of "major defects". Note that any previous certificate or quote have been showed to the new garage, therefore they don’t know how much formula one would like to charge me to repair the car (£512). Obviously, the budget to repair the car at this new garage is £300 less. The formula one branch has miserably failed to provide the services required; Formula one should change the staff asap or they will lose all their customers. I will never come back to them, so %100 NOT recommended.

Realised late this afternoon the outside of just one of my tyres was balding. Popped in on spec. Very helpful, checked all tyres - it was just the one. They changed it quickly and efficiently and sorted the very out of line tracking. A great relief as I was working the weekend and work in peoples homes. Staff ;lovely, friendly and very helpful. Thank you all. Would definately recommend!!!!

I used this place in Bristol longwell green a few times but last week when I went in because I needed a fan belt and to book an MOT, I was told by them that I needed new suspension coils, shocks, brake discs and pads. I wasn't convinced as I had replaced the brakes and disc pads 6 months before so I got a second and third opinion from other garages. None of these needed changing and it turns out that when they changed 3 of my tyres, they had replaced my tyres withe tyres that were a size smaller than the forth.
They have wroked on my recent car and my previous car before and on the previous car (mini) they told me they had replaced the sump and charged me 500... new owner who is a mechanic has confirmed that this was never done.
Do not trust these guys. They have ripped me off and lied.

The nicest, most straight forward, no noncence, friendliest, down to earth and honest garage I've ever seen/had the pleasure of dealing with, not only did they go out of their way to help me with my mot running out on the day in question before I had to drive to work, they helped/advised me with some issues I had been dealing with days prior, recommended exactly how and what to do without talking down to me, making me feel ripped off or stupid or like I had made life hard for them. If heaven had a garage, it would be something similar to this
10/10, amazing work, efficient and genuine.

I have used the Longwell Green branch for several years and again this week the service is exemplary with my MOT. Easy to book, good communication, fair prices, flexible attitudes. A great combination of customer service & quality.

I’ve been using this garage for a few years for my mini and will never go anywhere else for this or future cars ever. I’ve had so many experiences on old cars where I’ve been ripped off (being a girl who knows little about cars!) but these guys never, ever will!
Always totally honest, always the best price, super friendly and amazing team!
First time I went to them with squeaky breaks as I was in the area (me thinking I’d need them fully replaced) - they checked and said it was no issue, little bit of grease on them to ease the noise at no charge and I was on my way. They have done every MOT and service since.
Had a more recent problem and was told by a more local garage I was close to at the time that it would be over £1000 to fix - these guys checked the problem and it turned out to be under half that price including my mot (which they very kindly squeezed me in for last min too!) so glad I went to them for a second opinion.
Will always trust their advice and opinion and always do their best to fit you in and work around you.
Highly recommend. Will honestly never use another garage. The manager is worth his weight in gold! So glad I found them!

We'd inadvertently missed our MOT date. The staff slotted us in and solved a real problem for us.

Horrendous experience, took my Yaris hybrid for a service and MOT, there was a problem during mot with battery and the mechanic called me up and shouted/got very cross down the phone and blamed me for having a hybrid. I called head office to complain, as the call was recorded so they could hear the shocking way I was treated and was told they’d get back to me. I’ve emailed several times since, two months later and nothing. Absolutely shocking, never been spoken to in that way ever before. Also, went in for a service which wasn’t done as their hybrid technician wasn’t in but I wasn’t informed of this, so had to book service elsewhere. Wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.
