Worst customer service ever had, went to enquire payment options and discounts online .
Very rude , blunt , no customer service skills , unhappy not helpful felt embarrassed asking questions .
Poor service ! Never go here again .
Need re training how to talk to customers.

Took my car there for a free brake's examination as i knew that my rear pad were running low. I did expect that they would need replacing which they did.
Nick who replaced my pad's and did my brake examination was A1 (5*s). Didn't fob me off or try to sell me something i didn't nned.
OMG not only a great service i received but at a great price to. £60 cheaper than what Halfords quoted me.

Always go to these guys! Took my tyre up on Saturday afternoon with a nail hanging out, hoping to sell my car by Sunday. Asked the guys if they’d have time to fix it as I could see they was pretty stacked…they managed to get it repaired and checked and ready for collection within a few hours! Absolutely amazing service! See you guys again soon!

Always brilliant service from Josh, the manager at Kettering branch; a very honest and trusted guy with my car; always honest prices; and the ability to book me in quickly. I appreciate all the help and advice that he gives to all the customers, clean and warm waiting room with the ability to see what is going on. Well done, Josh keep up the great work.

What a great bunch of guys. They really went above and beyond for me to get my car past its MOT in time. Knowledgable, honest and do not take advantage. Would recommend every day of the week!

Great service. Very friendly and helpful. Car failed MOT but they booked my car in for the afternoon to sort the problem and get my car passed. I always use this garage.

Had a flat tyre on trailer tent dropped into the Kettering branch they were busy but left it with them,diagnosed as faulty valve replaced and returned without drama nice and friendly dly service

Dropped my car off for a service at 10am Sunday. Was told it was going to be the first vehicle to be seen. Fast forward to 3:30pm and no contact from them, tried to call multiple times and nobody answered, so arranged to be dropped off at the centre and my vehicle was still on the ramp at 3:45... to top it off, the manager of the centre was talking to his mate over the phone about how much a MOT technician makes. I think I've over paid...

Super helpful guys! Helped me get my car sorted after failing an MOT (not completed by them) and really went out of there way to provide great service and advice, even on a busy day which they didn’t need to do. Will 100 be returning and recommend to anyone.

The Kettering branch helped me out over Xmas with a flat trye. Although busy, they squeezed me in. I promised to use them again as was impressed by the service. Sure enough, needed another tyre and went back 24/1/24. Service was excellent, they come highly recommended and it is the go to place for me now.

Fantastic customer service. My car went in for an MOT and needed a quick repair to pass. They took the car back two days later and completed the repair and service quickly and efficiently. Really pleased with the whole experience. Thankyou.

Had a flat tyre and was managed on the following day, less the 20 min was completed.

Overall the service was great , just when the topped up the ad blue for my car they left drops pf it on the car body work. Otherwise great.

Booked online, easy process.
Arrived at garage, met by friendly reception staff. Car in for Mot, all completed on time. Will definitely use again.

Just want to say a big thank you to Josh and his team for fixing my car. They’ve gone out of their way to sort out what I thought would be an easy tyre change but proved to be a lot more challenging.
Totally recommend them to anyone and would happily go back to them again.

Had my transporter booked in for today the lads were under a lot of pressure but it didn’t seem to matter to these, very professional and best thing is that they managed to get the lot sorted even tho it was very busy cheers.👍
