Very friendly outfit,nothings to much trouble,always go the the extra mile in explaining things and fixing issues,this is my new(fairly)new, go to garage,as I get looked after very well,big shout out to Darren for the personal touch that you show for your customers.
There's also someone who works there called Richard(he's ok too),seriously tho,your all brill,I can't recommend you high enough-cheers

What can I say, excellent service car ready asap had a new gearbox and clutch fitted price was very competitive and Darren and Richard and the staff try to help all of the time.

A full complete service, MOT and brake fluid change for less than some of the other independents, never mind the main dealers. Car was done and ready to pick up around midday so very impressed.

Had a terrible experience at F1 a week ago and vowed never to use again
The company contacted me about the situation and things have changed
Been there again today under new management perfect service very polite nothing too much trouble

Took car for a service and my brakes to be done cost £560 .2days later got code come up on the dash so i took it back and they said they dont deal with electrics and i should go to vw.went to vw and they inspected the car and found that coalville f1 center had pull the wires out of the sensor for the gearbox.

Had my air con regassed here, my appointment was for Saturday but the machine has broken so I came back Sunday morning and was sorted straight away - great service

My daughter had a few problems with her Audi A3 and took it into the F1 garage in Coalville. They tried several things but could not fix the problem but they persevered with the problem and in the end sent it to an Audi dealership to have a diagnostics check.
The problem was the Matrix and the cooling system needed flushing through.
F1 Coalville did all this extra work to sort the car at no extra cost to my daughter.

Had quite a lot of work done on my Nissan Juke last week, the guys were so lovely and really made me feel like a valued customer. This is a reliable garage that I have used a few times now- will definitely continue too moving forwards. Spent a lot of money but was able to finance the cost over four months which was a life saver. Great service from F1 auto centre coalville- thanks all ☺️

Took my Audi A3 Convertible into Coalville branch for an MOT. Staff there were great to deal with, car had been stood for some time as I normally use a company van. Roof had gone a bit moldy with being stood but Darren was able to give some good advice on the best way to getting it looking nice again. Will definitely use F1 Autocentre again.

Second time visiting F1 and once again was met with the same helpful young guy at reception as previous! Both times i’ve been fitted in to a busy schedule, given advice, and got me back on the road!

Called the Coalville branch following a flat tyre. My usual garage couldn’t fit me in but F1 managed to fit me in straight away.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure top service.

I was back on the road and at work before I even had time to call and say i was going to be late!

Used before for service and mot. Convenient for me because I can potter around Coalville. MCDs and KFC within stones throw. Great price as well. Will use again next year.

Great service, not only did they find a space in a super busy schedule to fix my tyre they also took the time to give myself and all the other customers I saw served some high quality advice with no pressure.

Booked mot week before last payed for it online turned up Sunday morning 9.45 for 10.00 o’clock booking by 10.30 got pass certificate will happy with the price aswell

Absolutely fantastic service. I have taken my cars to numerous MOT stations/garages over the years but have recently used F1. I am extremely impressed by the service and knowledge, especially Darren. Although my sons car initially failed its MOT, Darren was most helpful, his advice and genuine concern were refreshing and he is a true asset to your organisation.
