Formula One Autocentres - Burton Bewertungen 

On 3 recent occasions, I have used my local Formula One Autocentre to resolve tyre issues.
On each occasion, the staff were highly professional and extremely helpful in resolving my problems.
It is great to see in a world with such depressing events going on around us that there are still teams of people working hard with a smile on their face.

I have used the Formula one Autocentres - Stevenage (boulton road). Excellent service and great quality /price rapport. Big thanks to John and the team.

I had a problem with a speed sensor on my LR Discovery Sport - it was diagnosed in 15 minutes the new part obtained and fitted inside an hour and a half at the agreed time - job done and working fine - an excellent team who know what they are doing

I have used the Burton On Trent branch on several occasions now and have always found the team there to be incredibly helpful. They have fitted my car in at short notice when I have had a problem and the work is always of good standard and reasonably priced.

I have recently taken my Peugeot 107 for an MOT in Burton on Trent at F1 Auto centres . The MOT was refused due to brake disc and worn front discs.(not initially a concern) I was informed at the time whilst waiting they would repair and replace the discs for £275. I was unhappy, but was “forced” to book in which I reluctantly did as they told me my MOT was no longer valid, (that was probably the case),I was initially told I could not move it even though there was 3 weeks left on MOT . I decided to check elsewhere for a better price.
Another garage wanted half the amount . I asked them to replace and carry out an MOT as my vehicle had failed..
I was contacted by the new garage to tell me there is nothing wrong with the brake discs !!. And they have not replaced them, no need. the car passed its MOT ..
Complained to customer service. No reply after 5 days. Chased again eventually the Area manager contacted me, very rude, very aggresive.No management skills. No apology. Didn't care. Was not concerned.
Incredibly poor service and a deliberate attempt to take advantage, which is totally unacceptable.. as for the Area Manager little more one can say, perhaps a fair reflection of the company as a whole.
