Super service from Chris & John. A simple reseal. Highly recommended.

Had 2 tyres fitted next day 1 was flat, took car back, guys looked at it, valve was gone. Had to drive to BMW to get a valve, returned to F1 guys fitted it straight away FOC. Brilliant service

Absolutely great service had a problem with breaks staying on making font wheel red hot. Discovered problem got parts and sorted straight away. Had lovely cup of coffee while waiting great bunch of staff very friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable 5 star performance

Had my car recently MOT and the staff were very helpful including with the re-test due to the vehicle initially failing.

I would recommend F1 Autocentres and I personally will continue to use them.

I have been using Formula One Basildon garage for a few years now and they have never let me down. I sincerely recommend it! They offer professional, friendly service at competitive prices

Brilliant team, passed the mot by a great mot inspector and a really good service.

Booked 4x tyre change via blackcircles, couldn’t book appointment time chosen, dropped vehicle off at 11:55, after being ignored in reception for at least 5 mins, told job would be done in 60mins.
30mins later, vehicle still in car park, went back to office/ customer service, to be ignored further, complained about booked appointment with no progress, mechanic not involved in conversation suggested I take my business elsewhere, meanwhile 2nd customer service person was prompted into action by my feedback, despite moaning they only had 1 tyre fitter on shift that day. He was most helpful in the end, despite more moaning about the business operations labour problems. Eventually job was completed in 40mins, as 2 tyre fitters completed the job. No idea how 1 became 2 tyre fitters 😳
Recommend customers don’t enter this establishment with too higher expectations, reception area is tired, customer service lounge needs a makeover and at least a drinking water supply

Location is accessible, but service is appalling with little respect for customers.
I checked the tread direction was correct on all 4 tyres and inflation pressure.

My car steering wheel was not sitting straight, so on the off chance drove into F1, and spoke to Chris. Very helpful gentleman, got me a slot that day. After the tracking, noticed it was pulling to the right, found it to be a insecure ball joint. They fixed it and retracted the car. Very good experience with the garage.

I Took car in for a MOT (after a full service)..failed! 2 major faults and a gear oil leak. I was both shocked and frustrated.
The Inspector Mr Abdul Hassan was incredibly calming, polite and happy to show me the issues raised which were clearly visible.
Upon my re-test the next week, the same Inspector highlighted the oil leak as still being there (I had paid £250 for a new oil seal that morning so clearly frustrated again!)
The Inspector showed great patience, politeness, again showing me the issue directly.
I am truly grateful that Abdul was such a pleasant, calm and empathetic individual and he really is a Credit/huge asset to this garage.
Chris on reception was polite and helpful also so deserves an honourable mention too!
I would definitely use this garage again and highly commend these 2 staff members who deserve recognition for their great service.

Had an issue with my brakes late on a Sunday. Was able to get to Formula One (one of the only garages open past 12pm on a Sunday) who diagnosed and fixed the issue that day. Great service at competitive prices. First time of using and would do so again.

Easy to book on line. Very competitive rates for MOT and Full Service. Clear explanation of extra work recommended. Chris on the front desk is five-star himself.
