Séan Kelly was amazing
Séan Kelly was brilliant. As an ex carsalesman I'd be a very hard sell generally. I've a form of Muscular Dystrophy a rare muscle wasting diesease and chronic pain. Basically in bits. As soon a Séan knew this he was empathetic and had the list of mattresses suited for myself down to four straight away. His knowledge , attention to detail was excellent and showed his expertise. Who knew the technology put into a mattresses was so advanced. He spoke in simple language no jargon and had a laugh with myself and my partner. The time he spent with us allowing us digest the information and to make sure that that I was happy with the comfort and support my body needs. He put a quote together for me in the shop and went over everything again so I could go home and make an informed decision. He appreciated that it was large sum of money to spend after building a repore we us. By the time we got to the car I had the invoice in my email me as promised. He also did ask me for my business at the end as any great sales person should. He was not pushy about it and respected I need the night to think on it.
By this time my partner was laughing at so which one are you buying from as she noticed the way I was from talking to other sales people. True enough Séan had sold me before leaving the shop.
Arrived up the next day after visiting three other places on the hunt for the mattress. Ended back with Séan and purchased my new mattress. Just want to thank Séan for his time, patience , expertise and banter. He was there to help me which alot sales people seem to forget. Model salesperson and should be running his own team at least if not a store.

Great Store - great staff
Had been on the lookout for a sofa bed and went into store on the Belgard Road. We browsed and found some but didn’t know how they would work. Asked young assistant Jasmin for help and she promptly brought Scott to talk to us. We told Scott we were just looking at options. Scott patiently and very informatively brought us through some options demonstrating how they worked even though we had said we were just looking at options and doing research. He listened to our requirements, made suggestions and we thanked him for his time. We looked around the large store and then decided to purchase a sofa bed that had been demonstrated. Scott and Jasmin completed the sale on system with everything thoroughly explained regarding delivery, conditions and warranty. We were delighted at the level of service provided which exceeded our expectations. Well done Scott and Jasmin

Excellent sales colleague.
The salesman was so helpful and patient. Bought a bed and respa mattress . He was very thorough and friendly. I had been looking at the bed for a couple of weeks but hadn't made my mind up until today after dealing with Scott.
