RIP-OFF - YOU WILL BE SORRY...

The customer service gal "Sue" was very nice and informative. I signed up. After we got off the phone, I went out online to read reviews on this company "Everything Breaks". I have had very bad experiences with home/auto warranty companies in the past. Sure enough, this company has a 3.8 rating and it's weird because the reviews were either 5.0 or 1.0, virtually no middle ground. And again, the 1.0 ratings brought back nightmares in my head of what I had endured before with another company, HWA.
So I called Everything Breaks back and a guy answered and I told him I had just signed up, but now I want to reverse that because of the reviews. He transferred me to someone else, and when the next guy answered he transferred me to someone else, and I got stuck on hold for a period of time, JUST LIKE CLOCKWORK, and no one picked up the phone to help me after I was transferred twice! That's what these companies do. And if you do stay with them, they will deny, deny, deny claims for obscure reasons that they didn't tell you about, and you didn't think to ask in the beginning. So - I got a new credit card and had to get a completely new checking account but that's ok. I would rather do that then get totally scammed.
Do not sign up with this company or ANY auto-home extended warranty company. You will get dinged every month and you will more than likely never get repairs you need. And, after you have signed up and done business with them, it's almost impossible to close your account with them unless you do what I did.. Change your debit/credit card number and get a whole new checking account with a different account number. You will have to notify your billers because it takes a couple weeks for that to go through. But, it's a far better option, like I said, than allowing companies like this rip you off.

This company are rip off artist

This company are rip off artist. They sell you an after market warranty and tell you that you have bumper to bumper coverage. However, when you take your car to the repair shop, the repair shop contacts Everything breaks, and they lie and tell them that the coverage is not valid that you don’t have coverage bumper-to-bumper so when I called up to find out what the problem was I find out that this company is a shell company. They have nothing to do with warranties and you cannot get to the company. You can only get to them to buy a policy. I have a written contract. That is no Good.

It appears the issue may involve Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), our third-party roadside provider, who is not part of Everything Breaks or the administration of your vehicle service contract. If you paid for roadside service, please send us a copy of your receipt and we will contact NSD to request a refund on your behalf.

Miss shakira. Was very helpful in trying to find the coverage I need. She went beyond and above trying to help me, but unfortunately, it was me. I don't have the money right now, but her voice and her people skills were very excellent.\n Hopefully. You all would conversate her because she was a brilliant advocate. I really enjoyed talking with her. She was friendly, respectable Curtis and kind and had a beautiful voice. Well spoken, I told her when my situation changed. Hopefully, in April that I would get back into contact with her. Because I felt comfortable in talking with her. She made me feel At ease and again, she went above and beyond to try to accommodate me with the insurance I needed for my Volvo. You have a great access to your company, please compensate her, thank you.02/10/2026

Everything breaks process is broken

This was the worst process ever. When you get the warranty they claim it’s same day processing of claims . Not true . My car was in the shop for two weeks waiting for the process to be completed. I dropped my car off on a Thursday . The adjuster takes 24-72 hours to come see the car or get pictures or confirmation from the shop. They are not open over the weekend and they have to personally call the shop to give payment over the phone . So your claim sits in queue until it’s your turn.
I still had to pay an out of pocket cost because they claim that the dealer was over charging for a part . But the warranty says all parts are covered, but they put a limit on what they will pay . Worst process ever . I would not recommend this warranty company to my worst enemy.

After reviewing the contract under Shartece Harper, we confirmed that the claim was initiated on 1/15/2026 and approved and paid on 1/22/2026 in the amount of $1,602.54. While we strive to process claims as quickly as possible, some factors can impact timing, including the required inspection process, shop communication, and—in this case—inclement weather conditions in the area, which contributed to part of the delay.

Regarding coverage, while contracts do cover parts, they do include pricing limits based on industry standards, which can result in an out-of-pocket difference if a repair facility charges above those limits. We understand this can feel unexpected, and we regret that it was not a better experience for you.

Your feedback is important to us, and we will be using it to review how we communicate timelines and coverage details more clearly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Everything Breaks is trash

Everything Breaks is a classic fly-by-night insurance company. Communication is terrible, follow-through is nonexistent, and customer service is outright horrible. Getting anyone to respond is a struggle, and when they do, it’s excuses instead of solutions.

The manager, Cley Hudson, was especially unhelpful and dismissive. There was no sense of accountability or urgency, just constant frustration and wasted time. This company does not value its customers and does not operate professionally.

If you’re looking for reliable insurance or even basic customer service, look elsewhere. Dealing with Everything Breaks was a mistake.
