Stop using DPD
Stop using DPD. They were a day late in delivering. No explanation apart from they 'were unable to deliver'. They delivered the following day but late in the afternoon. By which time all the ice blocks had melted and there was a certain smell from the box. God alone knows whether this has affected the meat. I was able to transfer immediately to the freezer. If anything is wrong I will be contacting you immediately. Will not order again from you.

We’re very sorry your delivery arrived late and for the concern this has caused. We completely understand how worrying it is when a delivery containing fresh meat doesn’t arrive as expected. Our parcels are packed to maintain the correct temperature ifor a 48 hours transit, but we would like to investigate this further. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number so we can look into the delivery and advise you accordingly. Your confidence in the quality and safety of our products is very important to us, and we’re sorry we’ve let you down on this occasion.
Chicken and lamb shanks are second to none
I have been using Eversfield and The Organic Butcher for years.
Their chicken taste second to none.
They seem to be advertising more special offers than they used to and
by using the "buy more and save" I find the prices are comparable with supermarket organic products.
What really impresses me is the farmers that this company work with.
The animal welfare is truly a top priority. No halal or kosher slaughter, some farmers even have their own slaughter facilities on site.
I enjoy all the marketing emails that give this information and like to
"meet" the farmers I am supporting in buying organic meat.
I have never had a problem with delivery.

Great quality produce
Our order arrived on time, in perfect condition. The whole chickens were all in excess of the weights stated on the website. The family thought they were very tasty. We'll be ordering again.

Organic and delicious
Home delivery excellent. Quality of produce is superb and, to my mind, worth paying extra for the organic aspect - and not just for my own health or that of my family but also in the knowledge that animals are reared with care and treated well.

Highest quality great tasting meat and excellent service.
I have ordered 4 times from Eversfield and will continue to support them as the quality and taste of their ethically produced meat and fish is excellent and the service is equally good. On one occasion when I needed to contact them they got back to me very quickly and resolved the slight problem immediately. Great food and service.

Not a smooth experience
Our first time ordering from Eversfield. Unfortunately delivery was a nightmare and our order arrived days late and we couldn’t use the meat.
Fran, in Customer Services, was especially helpful in trying to sort things out and a replacement order was sent through another delivery company which thankfully arrived without problem.
We have since eaten some of the meat and it is delicious and we have no complaints about the products.
It’s just such a shame that Eversfield was let down by one of their delivery companies. II guess these things happen from time to time and we were just unlucky.
