DpD didn't deliver to my door and left the box in my block lobby area allowing it to be taken over £100 gone. Happy Christmas

For apartment buildings, if no specific delivery instructions have been provided, DPD may leave a parcel in the communal lobby or designated delivery area if they consider it a suitable place. We appreciate that this is not ideal, especially where parcels may be accessible to others, and we would always recommend providing clear delivery instructions to help the driver understand where the parcel should be left.

Outstanding quality and service – highly recommend!
I recently placed my first order with Eversfield Organic, and overall, I am thoroughly impressed! The ordering process went smoothly, and my delivery arrived right on time via DPD.
The packaging is excellent—I was particularly impressed with the Puffin Packaging Woolpac insulation combined with gel ice packs to keep everything perfectly chilled. It’s such great quality natural wool insulation that I’ve kept it to reuse!
What I loved:
Mature Chickens: This was a huge reason for ordering. I prefer buying mature chickens rather than very young chickens that haven't had a chance to live, so this was a major plus for me.
Exceptional Taste & Quality: The chicken tasted fantastic! They cooked wonderfully with no issues, and the quality is definitely worth it.
Customer Service: Customer support was great. At the time of ordering, a "free chicken" offer was automatically added to my basket. Before checking out, I contacted customer service to ask if I could still apply the 20% discount code alongside the free chicken. They advised that I could only use one offer, so I simply removed the free chicken from my basket to use the 20% discount instead.
A quick note on value:
The only minor disappointment was one of the bundle deals I tried for around £40 (containing chicken legs, diced chicken breast, and chicken fillets). While the meat was good quality, that specific deal didn't feel like the best value for money.
Overall, Eversfield Organic provides fantastic meat, thoughtful packaging, and brilliant customer support. I will definitely be a returning customer.
