I wouldn't consider myself fat but....

I'm a curvy size 12 female, not exactly skinny but not overly fat either, maybe slightly podgy. Levis don't do a single pair of women's jeans in my waist size so not even able to purchase any items at all. Thanks Levis, I will remember you cater for just the skinny and thin.

Évitez à tout prix Levi’s

Ils font tout pour arnaquer les clients!

Ils n’ont pas hésité à envoyer deux fausses confirmations de remboursement alors qu’ils avaient garder les sous de ma commande jamais livrée.

Ils ont volontairement clôturer un litige avec ma banque alors même qu’ils avaient encore la commande et mes sous

Si jamais eu un accident ou autre et n’avais pas été en mesure de réagir, ils auraient gardé la commande et jamais remboursée

Aussi, le CGV/CGU leur impose d’annuler et rembourser si pas de livraison dans les 30 jours, ils se foutent de cette règle, de leur propre règle. Ils ne la respectent pas.

Le délai de 30 jours échouait le 4 juillet dernier et ils n’ont pas annulé la commande, pire, ils ont clos le litige avec ma banque pour garder l’argent et la commande

Éviter à tout prix cette marque !

Mieux vaut aller voir d’autres marques comme 7manking jeans pour un service client au top

Chez Levi’s tout est fait pour arnaquer le client:
- fausses confirmations de remboursement émises à deux dates différentes
- non respect CGV/CGU

Terrible quality products and terrible…

Terrible quality products and terrible customer services. I have bought Levi jeans for a long time but the zips keep giving way. I emailed the company to get this sorted but they keep finding a reason to prolong the email chain by adding more and more requirements so you never actually get anywhere.
Extremely poor service and badly made products for a company that places itself as a premium product. They are not. Don’t waste your money.

Mixed experience with Levi shop

I recently made a purchase from Levi, and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. It took three days for them to process my order, and it was shipped via UPS Standard, which took four days to arrive. Furthermore, the size of the item was not as advertised, and I had to return the goods.

Fortunately, the return process was simple. I attached the preprinted label to the package and scheduled a collection with UPS online. UPS picked up the package the next day, and it took another four days to reach Levi.

However, I was disappointed that Levi used UPS Standard for their shipments, as it takes a while to travel via the road. Additionally, it took six days after the package was received for Levi to process my refund, which is longer than I expected.

Despite these setbacks, I appreciated that the refund included shipping charges and no return shipping cost. Based on this experience, I would consider shopping with Levi again, but I hope they improve their shipping and refund processes in the future.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.

The jeans i bought (the size that usually fit me perfectly) were too tight and I tried to return them. While going through the terrible customer service, eventually it came out that the return would be ~45 euros (from Estonia to France) that should be covered by the returner.

How is it possible that a company so big does not offer free returns is unbeliavable.

WARNING

I never ever leave reviews like this but I have to warn people, do not shop online at this store. I ordered a pair of shorts and they sent me the wrong size, I tried to do an in-store return but I was told I couldn’t, I had to use a pre paid slip which I did. It took 34 days for me to get my refund. The Customer service were rude and unhelpful. Please save your time and money do not shop here online!

Zero Customer Service and Support

I have emailed Levi Dockers and eu.Levi to find out the current comparable product name to a prior purchase as the item looks the same but appears to have a slightly different name.

Despite wanting to make purchases they seemingly can’t be bothered to even answer simple questions.

On line purchases often need prior product support questions so failing to help loses customers and company credibility.

A company like Levi with such a bad attitude to customer support is in my view big company arrogance presuming they don’t have to try to keep customers.

If I don’t get help I just won’t purchase so they are WRONG.

Awesome fit but it seems every year the quality gets cheaper. I've been using Levi for over 20 years and back then the Jeans seemed to last a lifetime (with some repairs) but now they seem to fall apart after a couple of seasons. Still, love the brand and how I feel on my Levi's.

Wake up - it is not year 1981!

I would expect a world renowned company like Levi's to have a logistics system that actually keeps track of their stock and updates the website.
Fair enough - mistakes can happen - but how about contacting the customer and offer to wait for a new shipment or select something else?
Come on - this is the year 2021 - not 1981!

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my mom…

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my mom as a birthday gift. Had to return one due to size problem and had to pay for a label so I could send it back. The process is very easy actually! Within a few days, it got delivered to France and I got a confirmation email that they received the jeans and will be sending my money back (for the jeans). Thank you so much! I was a bit sceptic but people deserve to know also good experiences :)

NO REFUND CONFIRMATION OR INFORMATION

ORDER NUMBER: 1036426409. ITEM DELIVERED ON 8TH OF JANUARY IN GREECE.
I have already sent you 3 e mails at which you have till now not aswered. I sent you back an order of mine due to size problem on 11th of January (at the same time ordered a new one because at this moment you don't accept exchanges and paid again 120euro) and on 18th, the item had already been delivered to you. Since then, you haven't sent me no e mail confirmation and no information about my FULL REFUND. The jeans that I had sent to you were untouched and bright new. I didn't even wear them not for one time. So I am wondering, is this how you treat your costumers? I have been buying levi's jeans since I was a kid and never stopped. I am really advising you to take actions soon, otherwise since I am a costumer I have legal rights. All these years I have paid a lot on levi's jeans. Now I am really frustrated and dissapointed. I am advising you to act like professionals here as you are supposed to have already done, because I can tell that you only apply to e mails that have nothing to do with refunds. So you take our money, but you do not want to give our money back when it is legally requested.

Much better than I expected

I ordered 7 pairs of the same "model" with different cuts and different fabric mixes. The jeans are not cheap! They were delivered (with tracking) from Germany within a week (all as ordered), and out of the 7, I decided to keep 3. I returned the remainder (free) and have just been notified of their return (in about a week). I received a confirmation email and expect a refund for the 4 pairs next week.
Would have been 5* except for lack of any real saving on very high prices

AWFUL Online Customer Services - Exchange don't bother!

Never have a problem in the stores but ONLINE is a completely different experience.

The customer service for online orders is absolutely appalling - i returned 2 items, 1 item for a refund and 1 item to be exchanged for a small size.
I checked the website before requesting an exchange and all sizes were available. You would have thought a high-end well known brand would be capable of managing exchange items just like MAJORITY OF OTHER CLOTHING RETAILERS.
Well, bizarrely i was refunded for both items and no exchange was registered. I checked the website again to see if the size was available and sure enough a small was available.

I contacted customer services as i actually wanted the smaller size for my bf's birthday. Nathan, the customer service rep was pretty unhelpful - he automatically gave me a 10% discount code.... funny because i actually get 20% unidays discount. He basically told me nothing he can do, i have to order it myself but i disputed the fact i dont want to pay delivery again £4.99 and you cant use 2 discount codes [20% and a free delivery].

He blamed the warehouse team and wouldn't help me saying the management said the 10% code includes free delivery - did he not read my email that i get 20% anyway - so i'd have to re-order myself at a higher expense.

DON'T OFFER EXCHANGES IF YOUR WAREHOUSE CANT FULFIL OR WHY NOT GET CUSTOMER SERVICES TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND ORDER THE PRODUCT FOR THE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY COMPLAIN

awful! they havnt even sent me a closed account of the request or a questionnaire to complete. probably because they know everyone who completed a questionnaire will give them bad ratings!

Absolute WORST experience

Absolute WORST experience. They charge to return an item???? IN THE WORLD OF AMAZON and pandemic where main stores are closed to do in person returns, HOW can they think this is okay? I will never purchase anything from levis directly again.

Abrupt cancellation of order and false advertising

on June15, 2020 I ordered an item and it was processed, I then checked my credit card transaction and saw it was pending. I then received an email that my order was cancelled so I checked the Levi's website again to see if the item was no longer available or out of stock, it was still in their website and it was not out of stock so my order was abruptly cancelled for unacceptable "other" reason which was not included in the reasons that they emailed to me.
I then proceeded to order a similar item and applied code: FRG2-8K2L-5MRS-D6L8 to save 10% and free shipping but it gave me message that the code has already expired; the email they sent me states that it is good till 6/18/2020.
Although I like Levi's and their product I would advise people not to order online because not only do they cancel orders for unacceptable reason but they also engage in false advertising as stated above.
