If I were asked to choose our most valuable supplier, I would have no hesitation in naming eShipper. Besides reasonable rates and ease of use, their customer support team is always there to help in this day and age where it is difficult to find a real person when you have a problem. I realize that their support staff couldn’t all be top notch. We were lucky enough to be paired with Dushant Dayal, the person assigned to our company. He has always provided excellent service.

I was introduced to eShipper approximately two years ago and I would estimate I have saved my customers and company, lets just say, ALLOT of money! The rates for shipping, ground or air, are substantially less than than what you would pay on your own account with carriers! Just as an example the rates are so good that I now ship next day delivery to my customers in Kansas (from Canada) as it is cheaper than the rates I normally receive to ship on a 2-3 day delivery! Amanda is always happy to receive your call and is more than willing to help you or put you on the phone with the correct department in case you have a special requirement! E-shipper has been wonderful for our small business and Hiba provides fantastic customer service.
The only suggestion is when coordinating a shipment online, I would suggest waiting for the credit card on file to be charged until waybill is received and/or shipment is sent. That is the only issue so far we have had in that their system charged us 3 times for 1 shipment due to a system error in defaulting to a different courier. We do highly recommend e-shipper and have referred them to several other businesses.
