I have used Eshipper twice now. Saved money on these shipments using eshipper verus going directly to Canada Post. Hiba has been exceptional with the assisance they have provided me with, and always in a timely fashion. I would love if eshipper eventually got an app. But over all my experience has been great, and I will definitely be using in the future.

Great team, great savings and efficient tech team. We could not expect more.

I am genuinely excited to share my review of E-Shipper with everyone. I was moving from Ontario to interior BC and Alissa was my E-Shipper contact. She was AMAZING!!!!!!! I can't even recall the last time I received such helpful, understanding, ABOVE-AND-BEYOND client service. She was answered all of my questions (as it was my first time doing something like this I had many questions) and was very timely. She also worked just as hard as I was packing to help me get out a last box in a massive time crunch, when other employees/companies could have easily told me it's not possible.
In regards to pricing, they were also the MOST AFFORDABLE! I did a lot of price shopping and this was definitely the route to go.
I would HANDS DOWN recommend Alissa/E-Shipper to anyone I know moving or shipping any product for commercial or personal needs.
Forewarning though, do be sure to wrap and pack your product well. This is not a moving company but a third party business that works with couriers like UPS and Purolator to offer commercial rates on shipping. The shipping companies may be rough with the boxes so pack very well. Bubble wrap is your friend. Insurance is not provided on anything with out a receipt.

I was introduced to eshipper by another small business (Funky Upbeat Designs). I run a VERY small business, and my shipping needs are rare - and even rarer when I priced rates with freight firms directly! E-shipper has most certainly helped to broaden my markets at far more competitive prices (and using the very same couriers!) As for “service”? The online portal is extremely simple/intuitive, and if help is needed, Hiba is a wonderful lady/resource who will help resolve any questions promptly and extremely courteously. Hoping to use this service more, as markets continue to expand!

Hiba has provided amazing customer service and the website is so easy to use. We are saving so much money using the eshipper discounted rates and tons of time by controlling all our shipments in one dashboard! We will be saving $1000's a year just from the discounted rates alone! Eshipper is an obvious no brainer for small business that are shipping out or scheduling pickups on a daily basis!

I wanted to ship an old desktop computer which my son had from Waterloo to Edmonton. Mohammed from E-shipper really was awesome! He helped me through the shipping by Purolator, the desktop arrived very safe (I was quite concerned) and above all the charges were less than $50 which was awesome. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in shipping at a very economical rate and reliably. They are associated with some of the top courier companies in Canada. I was looking to ship a couple of boxes from Ottawa to overseas. I registered to eshipper and got a phone call immediately after from Dushant, a marketing manager at eshipper, offering help with the shipping process. I got a rate that was much cheaper than previous offers from other companies. He was constantly available throughout the process and answered all my questions. My shipment was smooth and arrived even earlier than estimated. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend them!

Been using eshipper for a few years now, the platform is very clear and easy to use. Rates are great, this helps us not only with our domestic shipments but even for our international ones. Eshipper helps us stay competitive.
