Paid $50 for the certificate. Sat through a 2 hour presentation and had a "snack " for the lunch they promised. I tried several times to use the certificate but dates were either UNAVAILABLE or they wanted me to spend a LOT more to upgrade so I could use it. Don't waste your time with this scam offer.

I was unable to use the certificate they gave me after sitting through one of their 2+hour presentations. Apparently, none of the weeks (no matter when I chose them), were available. I literally plugged in every week of the year and they were ALL unavailable. I'm literally going out of the country in Sept. and again in Nov. possibly next month as well. 0 availability. I go to try again tonight (since my certificate expires today) and it already listed as expired. The day isn't over yet and when I tried to call prior to this, the reps were unhelpful. I have another week available to use and I am still unable to find any resort available. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Never accept a vacation from endless vacation resorts paid 75 dollars at sea world to go to a 2hour speech at a beautiful hotel and pressured too try and buy a time share after all that got the vacation go to book it and nothing is what they promised rooms are dingy small and out of date 🤯 the whole experience was just aggravating 😵🤬

In September of 2017 I stayed at aWyndham Resort as a guest for a week. During my stay, I was invited to attend a presentation regarding a timeshare in exchange for a complimentary week at another resort. I attended the presentation and received my certificate and subsequently booked the week at the Hollywood Beach Tower in Hollywood, Fla. The first night in this resort I was accosted by bedbugs. I took one to the front desk and was offered a different room in the same resort. I logged into google and saw another review from 3 days prior with the same complaint of bedbugs. I was not interested in another night in this resort. I called RVC and was offered another room at a resort that was nowhere nearby and was further from my planned excursions. I have spoken to numerous individuals at Wyndham in Oceanside, RVC etc in addition to being transferred multiple times and sitting on hold to the tune of multiple hours. No help WHATSOEVER. Please BEWARE!!!!!!

They take no responsibility for the "vacation resorts" they list on their website. And according to Demeka the customer service supervisor they may check the facilities they list but they can't guarantee its was done recently to ensure up keep or that they are still acceptable. She couldn't even guarantee my concerned with the place would be addressed. Many of the questions I asked she told me she did not know and it was above her pay grade to know the information. When I asked to speak to someone above her pay grade to resolve the issues she said there was no one that I could talk to. I was left that night to find my own place for my family.

On June 15, I made reservations for 2 consecutive weeks beginning Aug 28. On Aug 19, I called the resort to check on travel instructions and learned that there was no reservation in my name! Called Endless Vacation and was told they made an error and the reservation could not be made at that time! It took a lot of hassle, but the money was eventually refunded-- which should have been no issue since they screwed it up!

So--- a vacation I was looking forward to for 2 months was canceled 10 days before departure! Major bummer! Although the price was great, what good is it if they can't fulfill their their own order? I don't know if I will try them again, since I was greatly disappointed!

My family stayed in Villas in Myrtle Beach this summer and appreciated the simplicy and convenience of the experience as it was our first time using Wyndham. There could have been more pictures on the website and some flexibility in the data arrangements, but overall it was a positive.

What a wonderful experience we had at Whispering Pines Resort! Very spacious, clean cabins. Friendly staff and great hiking trails! We would definitely stay here again!

I booked the Quarter House in New Orleans, LA through EndlessVacationRentals.com for 5/22/15-5/24/15. I booked the room on 5/4/15. On 5/5/15, and on 5/6/15, I contacted Endless Vacation Rentals to confirm that there was availability on 5/22/15-5/24/15. On both 5/5/15 and 5/6/15, I was advised that the Quarter House had not yet confirmed availability, and that I would be contacted once the availability has been confirmed. I was advised of the fees and charges if I wanted to make changes or cancellations to the reservation. I decided to not cancel the reservation, and to wait for confirmation of availability.

I received a phone call on 5/17/15 from Endless Vacation Rentals advising that there was no availability. I received the phone call from Endless Vacation Rentals the Sunday before my Friday afternoon check in. During the time that Endless Vacation Rentals had not contacted me regarding availability for my reservation, hotel prices in the area were climbing due to the Memorial Day weekend. I asked if there were any substitutions (per their policy), and they advised that there were no availabilities for this weekend in any of their locations.

In short, other hotels were filling up, and prices were climbing after I booked reservation at the Quarter House through Endless Vacation Rentals where there was no real availability. I am now forced to pay a higher rate at another hotel while hotels have scarce availability. The purpose of reserving a room in advance was to avoid booking last minute. However, with Endless Vacation Rentals, I made reservations where there was no real availability, and Endless Vacation Rentals didn't confirm the availability until the beginning of the week that I was scheduled to check in.

My goal was to plan well in advance, not make last minute reservations while hotels are filling up and prices are climbing. Endless Vacation Rentals and The Quarter House both missed the mark on confirming availability for my reservation which has caused last minute preparation and cost a lot more money due to having to book during limited availability.

I was deceived by your no cancellation penalty advertisement on the Travelocity website

I was looking for a hotel for Spring Break 2014. The Travelocity website posted "Free&Flexible Cancellation. Plans Change. Change Plans. Book your hotel worry free. Travelociety charges no hotel cancellation fees." I booked a reservation on 10/20/13 at 5:28 p.m. for spring break which is 3/31/04. I cancelled the reservation 17 minutes later at 5:45 p.m.. I was charged a cancellation fee of $421.00 which is more than a one night stay at Tidewater Wyndam Resort. How deceiving and what a rip-off! I plan to report you to the Better Business Bureau!
