Quite straight forward
Quite straight forward, although I returned my tag in 2023 i still had an account, but I couldn’t remember my login or password. Recovery was quite straightforward and I ordered my tag. What would help is a help section that would explain how it works. I have no idea what will arrive by post.

A must have tag for easy touring
If you are travelling any distance in France this tag is a must have. Easy to use and avoids most delays at pay stations. Also invaluable if you are travelling alone in a right hand drive car, as most pay machines are on the left to suit continental drivers

You make a great point about travelling alone in a right-hand-drive car — avoiding the need to reach across to toll machines can make the journey much easier and more convenient. We really appreciate you recommending the tag to fellow travellers.

Throughout the process everything has been very smoothly dealt with.
The tag itself was easy to fit and worked without a hitch in France.
What I would say is that France is moving towards using number plate recognition cameras rather than the old toll barrier and without a tag you could be caught out big time.

You also make a very useful point about the increasing use of number plate recognition on French toll roads. Having a tag can certainly make travelling through the toll network much simpler and help avoid the worry of missing a payment.

This is genuinely one of the best companies I've ever bought a product from. The annual charge is very reasonable, the reminder emails about checking tag status etc are perfectly timed, and the invoicing and processing is seemless. It's an absolute delight to be a customer, and it has made travelling through France a pleasure not a chore. Thank you Team Emovis.

I wish I'd got one years ago.
The tag makes it so much easier using the motorways in France. Just drive through the tolls.
I spent many years stopping at toll booths, trying to get money or a card out to pay before getting a tag.
One of my better decisions. It also works on my motorbike which is a real boon.
As I also use the Spanish motorways I got a tag for them as well.
Well worth it.

Newly received Emovis tag
I have just received my Emovis tag. The delivery time was faster than expected. The activation process was easy to follow. It is useful to have the tag if you need it in certain car parks but also the foil bag to deactivate it if not required. I also ordered a UK car sticker and headlight deflectors so I was pleased to have all my 'driving in France' purchases from one place. I haven't commenced my trip yet but as a solo traveller it is good to have peace of mind knowing that I can easily navigate through the toll gates on the motorway and the bonus of using the tag for parking.
