Nothing wrong with the products "efs" sells but impossible to communicate with. They didn't acknowledge order, didn't respond to any messages sent either through website or emails and impossible to get through to speak to anyone on phone, whatever number you try on. I got the feeling that the business dosent exist anymore. I did eventually get my small original order but it was made impossible to enlarge on it or communicate with anyone. Looks to me like they've gone out of business or just don't care about smaller orders. (I had wanted to place bigger one but they weren't bothered to get back to me ). I would say ----buyer beware, your money might get taken automatically by the website but if they're not in business now you could lose it. I also noticed that a very unusual quantity of other reviews were all posted on the SAME day in December, strange !

its good to be prepared for unforeseen situation and with emergency food it easy to know you are . as they have done the preparation for you.so they help so weather you are planning a trip and just need food for this or want to keep some in store the ration are good and flavoursome

We live in the very rural Sweden - quite a bit from anywhere really.
I put in a quite large order on the 21st of December - and was extremely surprised, when it was delivered here less then 48 hours later!
Everything was in superb condition and the price was just right.

I enjoy perusing over the products and find it an interesting read. There are so many items, we can never be too prepared and should always be trying to keep this in mind. Emergencyfoodstorage,co,uk allows me to access information and pricing for the many products they have on offer.

Although the lead time was longer than anticipated due to it being a large order I was kept informed very promptly about this and the items received were as described and well packaged and couriered. The freebie knife/fork/spoon tool was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Excellent speedy service and after sales service second to none as no issues are too small for this company.Recommended for short trips especially when 24/7 food not available as well as for long term storage as in this day and age you never know just whats around the corner.

Believe it or not I havent bought from this company but still feel the need to write a review!! Made an order and the wrong item was delivered, but no fuss no dramas company arranged for it to be collected from my house and the correct item was sent out as soon as the were in receipt of original item. tracked both ways as well.

You cannot fault service like that. Price is good too.

I have made quite a few orders through EFS and have never had any problems. Excellent service and very happy with the products (mainly Mountain House) that I have received.

Cheap and quick service.

The site is well made, everything is easily accessed and service is outstanding, nevertheless one could guess there are more brands of freeze-dried food than just "Mountain House". Besides the prices are quite high compared to the ones in the US (same brand). More variety lower prices!
