No order confirmation was received and the site window stayed blank after money were collected out of my account.
I tried to log back into the website to check the status of the order and it states that "no account was found with the email address".
I received an order confirmation an hour later which went to the spam folder.
the order was delivered 2 day later in full.
customer service was very helpful.

This appears to be a company that used to have a good reputation, but is now being run as a scam site, which takes your money, but doesn’t send what you ordered. Customer service is none existent once they have your money.

I ordered an aquamira water filter and they shipped me a filter component, worth half the filter cost and totally useless by itself. I have sent two messages via their online contact form and sent an email with photo evidence, and instead of just doing the right thing and sorting out their mistake like a decent, professional company, they have chosen to ignore all contact from me.

I try to buy from local/ UK companies, but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with here or overseas. Avoid!

I placed an order (11590) on the 20th Sept for 12 packs of beef stew (£63) and haven't received items. I placed another order on the 21st Sept which I received. On the 28th Sept I contacted company through the contact form and was emailed saying they are waiting for beef stew to be packed. I've tried to call company with no response. I'd like to order more items but afraid I won't receive goods. I know it's a difficult time but would like some feedback.

Recently placed my first order. Products are high quality and very well packaged, delivery was swift. Will be buying goods here from now on.👍

Great kit, goes to gather easily, there is no way I could have bought the timber and made this myself for the cost... glad I did not bother.

It says 190 servings for 6 months emergency food supply. When I did a check on the delivery, I counted 188.

Product was delivered on time, in good condition, and as advertised. I cannot speak for the actual taste of the product as it is only for emergencies!

This is not the first time we have bought food from you. The food is good and storage is so simple with the tins. Thank you for your help

Not tried the food yet but the transaction was smooth and after-sales support excellent. Bought for peace of mind.

My order was delayed due to Customs issues post Brexit. EFS were very helpful and friendly when I enquired about the delay and explained the great efforts being made to transport my delivery. Food stock arrived in perfect condition after a number of attempts. Very happy with the product and customer service.

I’ve not tried any of the food yet so can only review on the delivery service
The 1st delivery on 1st lock down took 6month
Longer than it should have
The second delivery was in stock and very quick
But part off the item was Brocken due to factor fitting
A replacement part was sent out in a matter of days though so very good really so far.

Great selection of products and superb service.
Have used a couple of times now and no issues. Good quality products - I have tried samples - so great to stock up. May appear expensive but you get what you pay for. Will be back for more. Thanks EFS.
