I would rate this company zero stars if possible. Despite their claims of representing vulnerable customers, they consistently fail to respond to any correspondence. Numerous reviews have highlighted the lack of regard for potential clients, and my experience aligns with this. Emails sent to the company have gone completely ignored.

I strongly advise avoiding this company and instead seeking the services of more professional alternatives such as Leigh Day or JCLM Solicitors.
