Very good customer service. Order the wrong shower screen first and the return process was very easy. Then when other screen can a part was bent. Once again they felt with it quickly and sent the new part out.

I found the process very easy from the ordering to delivery

Easy ordering, perfect delivery very well packed

Very good service, although did not receive any communication from courier company on delivery date as promised so was delivered while we was out, thankfully a neighbour took in the item

Good product delivered on time. But box was badly damaged.

Bought shower surround, shower tray with high riser. Delivered quickly, well packed. Have purchased a shower tray and shower doors from this company before. Very pleased with the product and would highly recommend. Very competitive prices.

Quick service and fast delivery will go and use again

I purchased a shower cubicle which arrived in a couple of days. On installing I found a couple of plastic covers were missing from the top wheels. I emailed customer service and was promptly replied by Zoe who requested some details about my purchase, within a couple of days the parts were delivered. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Great price and a very good product ! First class delivery service from XDP and the delivery driver was excellent carried all the boxes into the house all on his own when I offered to help , no no I’ll manage! Definitely 5stars all round 👍

nice cubicle , instructions a bit useless but went together in the end

Accurate web details, delivered promptly and very good quality

The product was very good with a competitive price.I was slightly concerned as the driver arrived with a heavy item on his own and without help from me would have struggled to get from van to entrance.May be wise to check how and who is delivering item when ordering.
I had several questions with the sales office and very satisfied with response.Overall my experience was very good and would and have recommended this company to others.

Shower fitted and working well.
High quality fittings and assembly was straightforward.
