Elegant Showers UK Bewertungen

Had to buy a replacement shower enclosure that would fit our existing tray and room
Found what we were after, good price
Courier was excellent letting us know when they expected to arrive the day before
My DIY skills are ok but not great so a little nervous in installing this myself but all good.
My only feedback would be the instructions had a small typo in them (to use one screw type when it meant another) and were sometimes tricky to understand as image only, no text
Other than that all good, we're very pleased

unit arrived quickly. Well packaged. All good.

Service great, communication great

Good quality
Most important- EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.
1 of the packages been damaged in transit ( happened 🤷‍♂️) -but, the team was on top of it and send a replacement ASAP
Overall- pretty satisfied!

Happy with the product, delivery and all the service provided . Competitive price too.

Quick delivery as promised

Great service and fabulous product! Would highly recommend the three door wardrobe! Thank you x

Quality products

delayed response as waiting for the plumber to fit. both the radiators were of good quality and the mirror we ordered was great value of money for a product with built in lights and demister. Quick delivery and well packaged so goods protected

My experience procuring a smoked colour shower screen with return panel was excellent. I love the quality of the product. Definitely value for money and I'm so glad I ordered it directly from elegant, as opposed to via other service providers.

Elegant accommodated me, when I had challenges around taking delivery and still managed to deliver the items in good time.

The customer service line had a fault at the time, but the team responded efficiently and effectively, everytime I messaged. Shout out to Mini, because Mini's customer service was excellent! What an asset to Elegant.

The delivery too was excellent, profesdional and carefully executed within the delivey taking place on the day, and at the time promised.

Thank you again.

We ordered a sliding shower door from Elegant which has just been fitted for us. It replaced an Ideal Standard sliding door which can cost 5-6x the price of the Elegant door we purchased. It’s now been installed and we are thrilled with the quality given the price paid. It feels sturdy and we hope that it will provide many years of use as the previous one did. We would highly recommend Elegant Showers based on this experience.

Item was damaged (one of the door panels was cracked) and all parts were very dusty, including a lot of sawdust. After opening it I also noticed a few red bugs crawling on the wood. I've had the same item before as a part of a 3 set via Amazon and was happy with that one but not sure if they changed how they pack/quality check their products.

Made up with the shower, looks great in Matt black. I would have given 5 stars but we really struggled to get the bar to sit properly onto the valve. We tried hand soap but it wasn’t enough, in the end we put grease inside the bar and on the side of the valve and with a lot of heavy pushing it finally went on. We put this down to the powder coating as the grub screws were a bit tight going in.

Excellent shower screen. The service from this company was brilliant Certainly would recommend

Very good service and delivered on time and was well packed.

Delivered on time, good priced and all working well

Received my screens at a great price, no problems with delivery thanks.

The shower doors were fitted today and look and feel very good. I won’t be able to test them until the works are completed. Delivery excellent and price very competitive overall very happy
