Exceptionally good product and very good value for money.

Look good worth the money

Great quality and delivered when they say

Great product and affordable price. On time delivery

Have just used my new shower enclosure for the first time and am very pleased with it - arrived quickly, well designed, nice to look at, good value for money and, most importantly, keeps the water in the cubicle which is more than can be said for its predecessor. I would give it five stars but slightly let down by the installation manual - some of the screws are mis-identified, a couple of minor components turned out to be handed without being described as such which led to some head scratching and the instruction to fully assemble the frame before lifting into place is impractical unless one has a huge bathroom. Otherwise, I am perfectly satisfied on short acquaintance.

I cannot really comment about the company or mirror at the moment other than to say DHL are totally useless and I still haven't received the mirror. DHL took a random picture of the street in the wrong block, no particular address and wonder why I'm not in to accept delivery. This is hopeless as they have made no attempt to find my address or even contact me, they are beyond hopeless!

1st class product

The paying and delivery fine the shower lovely but the instructions rubbish only pictures

Really good service, I ordered the shower enclosure online and it arrived two days later. As stated by other customers it is a two man job to assemble but worth the effort as it looks very classy. We are extremely pleased with the product which is also well priced.

I can't fault this company. Had a few problems in the past with companies that have a very professional website, but provide rubbish products and service, and then disappear into the woodwork. Elegant showers have provided excellent products and excellent service. Perhaps the best thing is that they have a phone number and a real person answering it. They keep a record of what you have bought and advise you on what product will then fit your further needs. I highly recommend this company.

This is the first time I’ve used this company and I am very impressed with the overall service and cost effectiveness of my experience. The order process was straightforward and delivery was ahead of schedule, so very pleased with that. The cost of the product was extremely competitive compared to other competitors. I would definitely recommend this company and I would certainly use them again.

Good shower enclosure for the price

Absolutely awful service.
Took a day off to collect products.Never arrived, difficulty contacting elegant showers.
Managed to ring next day and was palmed off with an excuse the van broke down, noteven a call to explain.
Spoke to office and aired my complaint but was eventually cut off(phone put down on me).
Never recommend these ever again,im still owed a day pay.

Great service, great value for money product

Quick delivery time and the screen was good quality, well happy

Wouldn’t bother , cheap crap they repair and send out seconds items with defects they try to fix themselfs but look aweful won’t be purchasing ever again

I purchased a black pivot door and panel very easy to put together, product. Does what it should, very reasonable priced.delivered quickly.
After making a mistake with the side panel size and having a small smaller size sent out the return policy could be better , the delivery driver could’ve picked it up whilst dropping off the new one.

Quick well organised delivery, great product

I used 1200x1200 corner shower enclosure from elegant for 3 years, which started to having issues. So I ordered a new one, their only delivery service which can take up to 7 working days, which came with broken glass panels so did not accept the delivery. I asked if they can send replacement in express delivery, the blunt answer was NO. So I had to wait for another up to 7 working days. Now the 2nd delivery also came with broken glass so reported and asked if I can collect as the delivery partner the company is using is totally careless and don't want to wait for another 7 working days. Then I was told that now they don't have in stock and therefore I cannot have it. They refunded but could not collect the damaged delivery and just said "Unfortunately our collection services have been suspended due to driver resourcing issues
Please kindly dispose of the damaged item"!!!
I would not recommend this company. Luckily I found alternative on eBay and got it installed.
