Item (flipper screen) arrived well packaged and in good time. Product is good but instructions were lacking for a 1st time installer. You tube came to rhe rescue. Happy with service and final product.

I use to work here and he takes a big advantage in older couple and older people for their money if anything I would want you to go to a different company as this one charges you £6000 for a bathroom that costs £1.8 so he’s making himself £4,200 each sale profit if your reading my review don’t go to elegance bathrooms he over charges you for the product then when he purposely misses an item out he’ll come and collect what’s spear his name is Ismail and he didn’t treat his employees with respect and give a equal amount to the pair of us , he made me legit wipe his backside in every situation made me lift anything and everything by myself whilst he deals with customers and scams them , I didn’t want to write a review but I’m wanting the best for the customers and the best place to go instead , go to knock out bathroom their a lot more reliable better materials , supplied and fitted and uplift rubbish ,,,, ps he has been using my name for all the customers who aren’t happy he says he’ll put the manager on I was 2 weeks into the shop and he put me on the phone to lie to her about when she’s getting a replacement tap and when a fitter is coming out , and to add on top of everything he’s very unprofessional about his job just chasing the money and doesn’t care about the product he promised them soon as he sees money it’s not his problem he’s nothing but a scammer STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFTEY I HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE HES BEEN MASSIVELY OVERCHARGING PEOPLE AND MASSIVELY UNDER CHARGING HIS EMPLOYEES
£300 a week 7.56 an hour if this guy offers u a job or if you get offered a bathroom over 2.200 then tell him to bolt as that’s how much he should be charging for bathrooms if there costing £1.800 hes making £400 profit not £4000 YOU WOULD BE BETTER JUST BUYING PRODUCTS AND GETTING YOUR OWN FITTER HE CHARGES £1000 hat for the fitter

Easy to deal with and fast delivery good communication

Ordered 900mm x 600mm LED illuminated mirror cabinet. Unfortunately, due to an error on my part it wouldn't fit in the space I planned to install it so had to return it. However, I have to say the quality of the product looked superb!

Returns were super easy, amazingly efficient and hassle free.

Great communication from Zoe and Mini keeping me informed every step of the way. Although advised refund would take 3 - 5 business days, it was sent and back in my account in 1 day.

Although things didn't work out the way I planned, I cannot fault Elegant for their customer service.

Exceptionally good product and very good value for money.
