The tea pot delivered was broken, however they delivered a new tea pot. Though it got delayed due to the delivery issue, the new tea pot is good and really useful.

Wonderful Customer Service...
I recently made two orders from Eden & Willow. In my first order one of my items was missing. I contacted them and received great customer service from Soroush. He dealt with my query quickly and efficiently and apologised for the error and sent out a replacement straight away.
My orders were received quickly and I love the children’s bamboo sets so much that I ordered a few ready for first birthdays and Christmas presents.

Exactly what we were after
Product is just as expected and will be very well used and loved. Great value too. Shame they use Hermes for delivery but it's not their fault our local driver is rubbish!
