Amazing Home Buying Experience
Our house hunting experience has probably been like many other people recently. You find a house you like and someone pays a lot more and raises the price. You find a development you like but all houses are sold. House prices keep going up month after month until they are out of reach. It’s all very frustrating.
Eccleston homes has been the best experience out of the many developers we visited. This is mainly because instead of telling us to keep refreshing the website for releases, Eccleston will take our names and work off a list. This works so well because you don’t have to worry about missing a release - not everyone has time to sit in front of a computer refreshing the website. The list system was massively appreciated!
Dawn at the Christy Brow development of Eccleston Homes has been exceptional. She assured us that she knew the house type we wanted and would contact us if it was our turn on the list.
Eventually, Dawn emailed us about a house that was available so of course we took it. Throughout the buying process Dawn kept in touch with us and updated us on even minor things. She is polite, friendly and would be happy to answer any questions I had. Overall this has been a very enjoyable home buying experience, thank you Dawn and Eccleston Homes!

Great Customer Service, Great Design
Chris and Marcus have been very helpful in our search for a new home. We have found Eccleston to be far more personable, informative and helpful than the majority of bigger building companies in the market. Chris and Marcus' tailored and helpful approach speaks volumes and makes us feel assured and confident in purchasing from them in the near future. Finally we found a huge consideration for us is the design and layout of our new home. From this perspective we felt Eccleston homes were very well designed. We have everything crossed for our dream Eccleston home in the near future!

We have just moved into our first home…
We have just moved into our first home on Garrett Manor in Mosley Common. I could not be happier with the service I received from reserving all the way up until completion, we received regular emails on any house updates which I think is a lovely touch when you’re impatient like me! Chris has made the experience of buying our first home so easy and I cannot thank her enough. We definitely would not have our beautiful home if it wasn’t for Chris and all her help along the way, we are absolutely over the moon with our first home and cannot wait for our future in there. We love you Chris! X

Had a nice visit to the site in Hyde and Dawn was lovely and not a pushy sales person which I’ve found at other places.
I’ve only left 4 star for now as I’m awaiting a response to an email ;) (It was only 2 days ago though)

We can see on the system that Dawn has responded quickly to you regarding your initial enquiry and in confirming your appointment, with both a telephone and email follow up, once you had completed your viewing.
The sales centre is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, so we apologise for the delay in a response, but we can see that Dawn has called you in response to your email and we hope that she has been able to fully answer any questions you had.

We’re disappointed that you feel that our service has not been delivered to our usual high standards, as we always aim for 5*
All plot specific incentives are clearly advertised and these appear on the plot listing on the microsite on our website, the physical price list and the price list was included with our Viewing Confirmation email, which was sent to you dated 16 June 2022.
Part Exchange was not listed and is not being offered on any plot currently.
We have now discussed the point that you have raised, with our Sales Consultant Dawn and she has stated that she did inform you several times that Part Exchange was not on offer, and it appears that you insisted that she ask the question anyway.
We failed in that, prior to Dawn finishing for annual leave, she forgot to communicate this question in her handover to another colleague and so this was missed.
Therefore, we apologise for not coming back to you, to tell you what we’d already told you.

Disgusted customer sales service …
Disgusted with the shockingly poor standard of customer service .I have received email for the home available to book at Garrett Manor, Mosley Common and replied at 19:57 to sales team and visited site to reserve the plot at 10:30am during office hours with out appointment. Sales person accepted deposit statements and ID documents from us and she requested to submit the updated Mortagage on principal copy to reserve the plot.
Rang up the bank to get the updated Mortgage on principal document sitting at the car park site office itself and when stepped in and about to hand over the document, sales advisor mentioned that you are late by 10 mins so the plot is blocked to some one who are about to come at 12:30pm and received their documents over email just 10 mins before.
Sales team lied mentioned they got doc’s from other customer 10 mins before I was trying to handover final doc. When we sent the mortgage on principal agreement email she confirmed that she received our email by showing us their mailbox (by turning the monitor towards us). During that time which is around 12:20 pm we could clearly see no mails from other customers received on that morning after our mails ( I could see all the latest emails are from our ID)
Clear lie and biased towards some customers and also they don’t send communication to customers who showed interest on plots. All of sudden they closed the bookings with out notification. (Last 6 plots )
I suggest people NOT to waste time waiting for homes at ecclestonhomes.co.uk

Completely fake response:-
1)Sales person must have mentioned that there is another appointment scheduled and must not ask for documents in the first instance and request to have scheduled appointment.
2) No emails received for the last 6 plots
3) Answered all unnecessary points not addressing their LIE - THEY RECEIVED DOCUMENTS FROM ANOTHER CUSTOMER THROUGH EMAIL BEFORE 10mins WHILE I SHARED FINAL DOCUMENT. I have proof for the same.
Completely unprofessional/bully talk while he called to discuss about trust pilot review. I will take this issue to management to answer my issues and fooling customers.

We’re disappointed that you feel that our service has not been delivered to our usual high standards and that you feel that you have been treated unfairly by our Sales Consultant.
We have investigated the points that you have raised and following our telephone call to you today, we would respond as follows.
We have been in contact with you now for over 12 months and we can see from our system that you have received around 30 emails, regarding various sales releases, events, notifications, and appointments, along with around 10 follow up telephone calls. Our conversations with you will have also explained the reservation process and the documents and paperwork required. This information is also available on our website.
All those communications are written, or conducted, in a polite, professional and courteous manner.
On Friday 24 June 2022, we issued an email to our Garrett Manor mailing list at 16.32, advising the availability of our final home for sale at the development. The content of this email provided the house type, the price, links to our website and a link to our development pricelist. This mailout included an email to yourself. The email also requested that appointments were booked to view the show home.
As you are aware, all customer visits to our developments are by appointment only and this is clearly advertised on our website, on site signage and in all communications with customers and purchasers. We have worked in this way for the last two years and since the beginning of the first Covid restrictions. Our customers prefer this personal appointment time and so we have elected to remain on an appointment only basis.
Your original review stated that you had “immediately responded” to our mail out, but we can now see that your review has now been corrected to “19.57”. Our logs show that you emailed our sales centre at 19.57 and called at 19.48 and 19.49, stating that you would be at the development at 10.30 on Saturday morning to attend an appointment. Our sales centres close at 17.30 and so our Sales Consultant would have not have received your email, or known of your calls, until the next day.
When you attended the development on Saturday morning, you were waiting on the car park when our Sales Consultant arrived. We understand that you were then informed of the need of an appointment and that there were appointments already booked for the plot you were interested in.
You have stated in your review and during our telephone call that you feel that there is a bias towards some customers and that this is how you have been treated unfairly. However, our Sales Consultant was simply following our clear procedures for visits by appointment and that all customers who wish to reserve a property, must be in possession of the necessary correct and in date ID documents and Decision in Principle paperwork from a lender.
The requirement for in date and correct ID documents and lender Decisions in Principle paperwork is a standard requirement across the new homes and estate agency sectors.
The ID documentation is required under Anti Money Laundering regulations.
The appointments that were already booked had already supplied us with these documents and had confirmed their intention to proceed with the reservation of the property.
We believe that your documents were unavailable to you on your device. However, given the circumstances presented to our Sales Consultant and on the basis that the other interested parties may, (1) not attend the appointment, or (2) decide not to proceed with the purchase and, in an attempt to assist you, our Sales Consultant contacted a colleague on another development to see if they could assist. It was ultimately discovered that your documents were out of date and the lenders Decision in Principle was for an amount significantly less than the purchase price of the subject property. Our Sales Consultant advised that this paperwork would need to be updated and qualify for the correct purchase price.
Given that you hadn’t made an appointment, our Sales Consultant hadn’t received your telephone calls, or received your email from the previous evening, she feels that she assisted you in the best way that she was able, given the commitment that had already been made to other customers.
Unfortunately, timing is everything, and the property was reserved whilst you were dealing with the paperwork and our Sales Consultant had to advise you of this.
We appreciate your disappointment, but our Sales Consultant feels she did what she could given the various circumstances at play.

5* Lords Fold
We have just bought a Hartford on Lords Fold. From day one, Yvonne the sales consultant was first class. The calm in a very stressful situation (as moving always is). She reassured us, helped us, advised us and was very friendly along the way. The house was delayed- massively disappointing along the way but to be expected with covid and brexit etc. Prior to completion we met Ian, the site manager. Top guy- showed us round. Pointed out the odd snag we hadn’t seen and told us how it was all underway. Those who say their shouldn’t be snags don’t live in the real world. There will always be snags. Two weeks down the line most have been sorted and Ian is well onto the ones that haven’t. Nothing is too much trouble. Also their is Steve-The Other site manager. Again- nothing is too much issue. They have helped along the way and fixed any issues we have raised. Cannot fault the staff. Like any developers they are sometimes
Let down by lazy trades- but they quickly put it right. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and the staff really do make the developers. Massive thanks to the three mentioned above and they really do
Make Eccleston homes. The house is amazing and the finish and quality is very high.

Great Customer Service!
A very good service from the sales consultant Louise of the Holland House Farm. She patiently explained the purchasing process to us since me and my wife is no good in English. She even used a translation app to explain most of the details to us. She is a very nice and helpful staff.
