I was put in charge of finding a new contract for our electricity for my company.
After using comparison sites and not being sure if what I was looking at was right. The universe sent John Faucher, Business energy specialist from ECBS who randomly phoned at the right time and I feel like I stuck gold!
He has made the job seem-less, gave me a few tariffs to choose from and explained costs (including those pesky hidden costs!) I feel during the whole process that I was still in full control, he wasn’t trying to sway my opinions, just simply advise me.
Unfortunately after I chose a provider and swapped over, I experienced some some bumps in the road with the new providers, so I reached back out to John and within minutes, he was on the phone to me to help sort the issues and now we are all set up, with zero issues! So even after the swap and after he beat his colleague Dan at Pool, he was still available to help me with my issues, and with a quick turn around!

So thank you again John, seriously are a credit to the company, I hope they see that and I will 100% recommend not just the company but YOU in particular!

Initial contact with ECBS and service the provided has been spot on in every aspect. Everything I asked was answered in detail and information provided in the way of backup to everything said. If you are looking for an honest and reliable, consultancy/broker to handle your utility requirements, you will need to go a long long way to find anything comparable or dare I say better.

Elisha Newton is who has been helping me, over the phone and email. She gets everything quickly and professionally while still being lovely to chat too. Available whenever I have a query, dealing with it then and there - not waiting for a week for a response but instead getting one almost immediately, - and goes out of her way to help sort issues.
The service here is impeccable.

I dealt with Lauren Jarvis and she was very efficient. She explained everything I needed to know to help me decide which energy company to go with when our current contract finished at the beginning of May. Any issues I had, she dealt with quickly and was very pleasant to chat to. I would highly recommend ECBS and especially Lauren.
