Started using Easyspace about 25 years…

Started using Easyspace about 25 years ago to host my websites and help with advice wise building my website as I was a beginner. I have been helped by the most amazing people who all seem to be one person in their patiance and expertise. Meaning your staff are all very like minded in helping people like me. Alex today was equily helpful just checking if i still needed a domain name. I would recommend EasySpace to eveyone. They are reliable, honest, and very pilite. I find the company to be transparent…

I find the company to be transparent and very reliable, having been with them nearly since their inception.
If any prolems arise they are very quick and helpful in their response, and issues always get resolved promptly.
If you are looking for a UK hosting company, then look no further!

Great support experience.

Thank you so much easyspace for getting me out of a major email hole this afternoon. ! In comparison to many of your customers, I will be small ( individual, couple of mail boxes) but I was treated professionally with no time pressures until all was sorted . Really helpful
Had a great experience today. Having lost my husband recently I was having great difficulty accessing my EasySpace account, especially as I'm not very IT literate. Mark was extremely patient, kind, understanding and helpful, as was a colleague when I phoned back with another question. I'm so very grateful for their guidance for a dippy old lady!

Patient and helpful customer service when I was in a bit of a pickle.
Super helpful and called back after we'd finished up the majority of the settings to double check one of my email profiles was ok too.

Why use anyone else?

I've been with Easyspace for a good 20 odd years, not only is it a safe and secure place to host a website, the customer service is second to none. In the years I have used them, when I have rarely needed their help, it has been immediate, friendly, and very supportive. I recommend them to anyone, whether they are new to web hosting or an old hand at it.

I have received excellent support from…

I have received excellent support from Easyspace since the transition from Titan Internet and especially Hugh Strang who I spoken to today in length. Hugh went out of his way to help me sort the mix up I had with my Microsoft 365 licences and I am truly grateful for his professionalism and prompt advice. I have been a business customer for over 10 years and will remain for many more as I am so impressed with the support provided over the phone and remotely. Thanks to the whole team ;)

Happy since 2008

I've been with Easyspace since 2008. At first, I just chose them because it was what my friend was using.

The system is simple and intuitive, the support FANTASTIC.

Really glad I'm with them.

Better than AI

So simple, so smooth. Had tried every which way to fix my problem without going to them, but they fixed it in a few minutes. I can now send emails again. Great service - thank you!

With Easyspace for years

I've been with Easyspace for years for hosting several domains and email servers: their service has been absolutely brilliant. On the rare occasions that there has been an issue, they have been very prompt at getting a resolution and in particular keeping me informed during the process.

I’ve used a myriad of IT hosting…

I’ve used a myriad of IT hosting service providers over the past 20+ years and Easyspace have the best customer service of them all. Some key reasons:

1) they’re located in Britain

2) English is their first language

3) Same timezone as me

4) Same cultural and business mindset makes communication very easy, efficient, effective.

5) understand the technical issues immediately, or else they refer to a more experienced colleague whilst you’re still chatting with them, so you’re not left frustrated feeling unhelped by the person whom you’re connected with.

6) Prices might be a bit higher than some other providers, but I happily pay it because of their great service. You get what you pay for. Go cheap and you’ll get inferior quality.

Superb, patient customer service

The guy who assisted me was amazing! So patient, understanding, kept me from panicking and dealt with everything that needed sorting out and all with consistent communication. Such a lovely guy!
