I did the verification of my ID only to be asked again for it. Then when I finally received a check I was unable to cash it at my bank per the teller. Lucky Duck will only put it back in my account although I'm sure would be the same end result. I have contacted the support team multiple times. I would not invest another dime there.

I am a VIP player. At this point I'm considering waiting on my latest round of winnings and not playing anymore. The time frame for withdrawals is terrible. For the highest tiered players using the fastest methods cash out time is 3 "business" days. So I won some money on Wednesday evening and wanted to cash out. I was just told by a host, cheerfully, that my money will be here by Tuesday. If you want your winnings in your account the same WEEK you won, you better win on a Monday or Tuesday.
The answer from the casino is always the same about posted time frames and blah blah. They act like 72 hours *minimum* is good service. There is no explanation or compensation for why in a 24/7 computer ran world it should take any real time at all.
A host will gleefully explain you well be waiting almost a week for your money, but no one week tell you why. It's like the servers that receive deposits are Deep Blue super computers and the ones processing winnings are Commodore 64s.

2.5 stars for a reason guys… Probably one of the most disappointing lack of consumer support I’ve ever experienced when it comes to a casino.
I received a USPS promotion for a $50 free ducky box specifically in my name with my account agent Jorge advised me because somebody else in my family has an account and used a promotion whether it was now or when they signed up or yesterday or last week I am no longer eligible for promotions on their website essentially if you and your wife sign up for this casino only one of you get the benefits of promotion the other one gets Fu****. He had no attempt to fix the issue or do a one time courtesy to the fact that this was a personalized in mail promotion he kept on referring to the policy, which doesn’t even specifically state when it comes to this specific type of promotion seriously don’t waste your time because if you or anybody in your family wants an account only one of you can benefit from it.
