KYC Verification/redemption process is a nightmare

Was told that KYC verification would take 3 business days..it's been over a week and now customer service is saying they can't provide me with a time frame. I have almost $200 I can't redeem. Who knows how long it will take AFTER KYC verification for my money to deposit to my account. I use multiple different online social casinos and not one has taken more than 48 hours to verify KYC and not more than 3 days to receive my winnings to my bank account. If I EVER get verified and receive my winnings I'll change my review to 5 stars because I did like the game play and referral program. But won't be referring anyone else til this is rectified either I've referred 10+ people already.

Good casino with variety of games - will update to 5 stars when I get my winnings!

I find this casino really fun, and the variety of games is great, they have all my favorite providers! I bought a couple packages and actually was able to win a decent amount!

I leave it at 4 stars for now because I submitted all my documents and my KYC is pending, and I cannot start the redemption process until that KYC is finished. When all of that is set and done, I will update my review to 5 stars!

They charged me for the wrong welcome…

They charged me for the wrong welcome offer. Then they refunded it and did not allow me to get the welcome offer i originally intended to buy. Seems shady.

I like the browsing experience

I like the browsing experience, the amount of providers and different games and the promotions/bonuses. Reduced one star because it’s a little tricky to redeem your winnings. It’s been a whole week since I submitted the documents and they’re still not done with the verification process.

Edit: I would use this site with caution.

When I was trying to verify to redeem I got an email stating "leave a positive review to get Fast-Track Verification". Prior to recieving that email, I already felt concerned because KYC had taken 4 business days and was still processing.

I worried they would heavily delay redemption (a friend mentioned waiting about 1 month). I did not deposit, I won off of .50 I from multiple daylies.

Recieving that email left me questioning the integrity of the website. That being said, I will not be using the site anymore.

KYC LIMBO

Why state that YOUR verification process takes 2-3 business days when it clearly does NOT? They reply saying the same BS assuring me they've "forwarded my case to the relevant department for review" and from the reviews I've seen I'm not getting approved anytime soon 🥱 I can only imagine how long imma be waiting once I try to redeem the $100 I won. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND PLAYING HERE

If I could give -stars I would

**UPDATE: this started on 2/19 it ia now 3/4. From 2/19-2/27 I was waiting on them to approve me to even enter information to start my redemption. Since 2/27 I have been waiting for them to reject my cash redemption. They rejected it today, 3/4 Now, I just submitted a redemption request for a gift card. We'll see. They say it takes 3 business days which starts after the first day. So, really 4 BUSINESS days. Today is Wednesday so Thursday-Friday =1 day plus Monday-Tuesday=3 days. So maybe on Wednesday I'll find out if they reject my gift card redemption. By then, it will have been 21 days since I started trying to redeem. I'll let you know how it goes.

If I could give -stars I would. They are doing everything possible to keep me from redeeming my winnings. They had to verify my card for apparently no reason. They had already accepted it for payment. I assumed it was to payout my redemption but they won't do that. I submitted my dl, my water bill, pictures of my card and my bank statement. They cannot use my bank account because it is a savings account. I have received plenty of ACH deposits into that savings. they take at least 24 hrs to respond to an email (if at all) so the rejection process is slow and aggravating!I've submitted my chime checking statement. I am waiting for them to reject it. So,I thought ok I'll just take gift cards instead. Nope! Can't do that either. Hate this site! I hope the scammy little twerps handling the verification process catch all red lights,never find good parking, get disconnected every time they finally reach a customer service rep after holding for at least 30 mins, I hope they have a tire blow on a rainy day and they have no jack and drop their phone in a mud puddle. And I hope while they are stuck on the side of the road they are continuously being splashed with water by the cars of the motorists who will not stop to help them. F this scam site!

Horrible don't waste your time. I judge a book by its cover on the daily login reward. Free spin has a weak attempt of a daily login reward that if you're lucky with your five spins you might win a dime or two , but don't count on much more than that because they Max it at a dollar! I won 5 some free spins, and got $10.80.. at least I thought. they put a cap on your winnings on their login reward for a dollar max. now that speaks volumes of your establishment! If you're too cheap to even let us have the winnings on daily login then you won't give anything on your Casino slots.. don't waste your time with these casinos. Jackpot rabbit is another one that does the same thing. My reply to your reply....... You replied just to let you know exactly why your establishment sucks!!
