I found telephone staff completely unhelpful regarding booking disabled parking regarding the PMR code twice they couldn't get off the phone quick enough

I have found customer service at DAA to be very unhelpful and inflexible. I recently called about a very simple change to the booking but answer was no, no flexibility at all.

Went to lanzorette last week and stupidly left drivers window down, in blue carpark when I got back today some kind soul put a sheet of plastic over it and taped it up, dunno who you are but thank you from the bottom of my heart, car would have been soaking otherwise. Your so kind and thoughtful whoever you are.

I do not recommend it to people with small children and bogies , the seats in the bus leading to the parking lot intended for bogies were occupied by few people. but in the back of the bus there were nine free seats, the driver was incompetent. We waiting for next bus, The situation repeated itself twice.

Bad customer service. They just don’t care

Booked the Meet and Greet as we have a baby and we wanted to be able to collect our car quickly and get up the road. We waited for well over an hour for the car , I was told the car was on the way to me, just a 7-8 minute wait and then they phoned to say they couldn’t find the keys, then we were told an employee took them home by mistake. After 8 phones over and back and almost an hour and a half wait we received the car back. The passenger side seat was in a reclined position ( I know this as the baby seat would not swivel as normal and I had to move the seat )so the car was clearly used for more than just driving it to the car park.
Overall a terrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone!

Paid for valet and car turned up as dirty as I left it. Customer service will not respond to me several days later. Also driver turned up at wrong terminal on departure resulting in ten minutes delay at 5.30am…

used the collection service had to wait 15 mins for someone to take my car to the car park , I could see on maps that my car traveled back and forth to there parking and the airport twice before I set the alarm of from the remote and then it stayed parked
on return I waited 20 mins for the car after tracking it from airport to there car park and back to me I can only guess what they were doing with it
I would rather not travel than use this firm again

Left my car on drop and go.
First problem. Car wasn’t were machine showed. Took me an eternity to find. No one to talk.
Second and biggest problem.
My car is equipped with valet mode that showed me car was driven for 20min with a top speed of 60kph.
What they did in 20minutes drives?
Still waiting for an answer.

Your car will not be parked at Dublin airport, it will be moved to some other carpark that suits them. I was told to contact them as soon as I landed and the car would be ready to collect outside the terminal when I arrived back in Dublin, as per Ts & Cs. I did this when we landed, I was told to contact them when I received my luggage. When I received my luggage I called again and was told it would be 25mins before the car would be returned to the airport. I was waiting 40mins, handed the keys and he walked off. They are offering a service they cannot provide. It’s a scam.

Had my car picked up on 31st October in perfect condition. When I came back on 7th November it was returned to me undriveable in their words. The suspension has been broken, a large chunk out of tyre and wheel rims damaged. Reported to gardai. Absolutely do not use this company.

I used the drop and go service for the second time this year. I came back to my car and found that all my personal belongings had been moved. I went to the desk in the airport to lodge a complaint and was told that staff are not allowed touch clients personal items. I got a call from the manager where I was made to second guess "what state I left my car in". Absolutely awful attitude when you are trusting someone with your car and handing over keys.
I am waiting on a call back for 1 week now.

Nobody there to take us to the airport when we arrived, waited 15 minutes, had to leave as I risked missing my flight.

We arrived in Dublin airport at 12:15, driver told us he was on his way 30 min later said he would be another 40 min, then after an hour passed I contacted him and he told us out car keys where lost and he was waiting to look in lost and found at airport. I walked to the airport police where I met this driver ,then he told us it was not our keys that where lost, that he had lost another set of car keys and our keys where in that car. Finally at 3pm the driver of that car was brought up the road to retrieve his spare keys (2 hours away) to then return to open his car to retrieve our keys and other people's keys. The driver contacted us at approx 6pm to say he had found the other man's keys and had out keys, he picked us up in another clients car, brought us 20 min away (south bound) to pick up our car ( had told us our car was in the airport previously to this). We picked up our car which added 40 min on our journey. We then recieved a phone call from the client who the driver had lost his keys to advise that they had not intact found his keys and he suspects they prised his window open to get into the car as his window is bent. This is all ridiculous, waiting at the airport 6+ hours on our car and I am 6 months pregnant also and was very sick with the stress. We also spent approx 100 euro on food and drinks while we waited between 3 of us.

Very happy with the service. Kind and helpful staff. Will definitely book them again

Used meet and greet at Dublin . TERRiBLE. Stole keys glasses money and trolley jack from inside car . Contents of glove box all strewn around car . Driver give me keys and disappeared. Benn trying for 10 days . They say they will pay but all lies . They stole everything that wasn’t bolted down .

Do not use this service.
We used this drop and go service in June 24 and still trying to my phone back that they removed/STOLE from my car.

Don’t use the drop and go parking. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Dropped my car off with the guy who was so engrossed in his phone he barely lifted his head to acknowledge me.
That was the least of our problems. When we returned someone had been through the storage in the centre console and the glove box, they pulled everything out clearly looking for something. The dash cam was disconnected and things moved from other parts of the car.
Someone had clearly been using the car for personal use as there was a tobacco pouch on the back seat and it looked like it had been dumped in the car park for our return. Wasn’t worth the extortionate 200€ paid.

Do not use this company I booked two cars in with this company on return I rang up 30min before I wanted the cars back they brought the 1 car back but the other car didn’t come back for 2 hours I rang so many times to be told they were busy.
I’m out of pocket as had to pay for my other car as we was waiting about in the car park we had small children with us and it was 2 in the morning.
I have complained to the company with proof of none stop calls to see where my other car was and all they have said is they will give me 30% of my next booking what a joke.
Do not use them

Avoid avoid avoid ...cancelled my booking within 1 minute of inital booking, went thru process my get my money back ,was told their server was down ,contacted them by phone numerous occasions, said I was too late has to be done within 24 hours ,eventually got it cancelled and they hold on to 15 €....seems I got away lightly after reading some reviews. Avoid avoid avoid.
