My wife and I had an early morning flight recently so we took our camper van to the blue car park the previous night. The lady attendant led us to our spot near the bottom of the car park. She then came back to tell us she had got a quieter spot at the bottom of the next car park. Could not have been more helpful. Thanks. John and Marie, Sligo.

I am really more than angry and upset in relation to Handicap Parking spaces in Dublin Airport Terminal One short term parking. I went to the Airport to pick up my daughter and had brought my 85 year old Mother with me who has mobility issues so we were using a wheelchair. I have a valid Handicap Parking Permit. On the first level of the Parking tower were only 2 small spaces that were occupied and it was the same on the second level. Of course there were cars parked there without a Permit, but that is unfortunately a common issue everywhere. Imagine my shock when I went to the third level to find NO Handicap spaces but 4 Electric Charging Spaces. I find it an absolute disgrace. A Handicap space not only provides a space closer to the entrance but more importantly a bigger space to maneuver opening the car door fully, placing the wheelchair to the side of the car and assisting the person from car to wheelchair.

We parked our car the other week in the red car park. After I got back from my holiday - I forgot where I parked. The staff were great - it was late night and was raining. The staff at the car park helped me find my car and we are very grateful to them

These people lure customers with a promise of full refund on cancellation (see their in Q and A section) yet they charge a 15 euro admin fee nevertheless.
I also note the following summary of the feedback provided here by other clients: reviews are generally very poor, highlighting issues like rude staff, long shuttle waits (over an hour), unlit/muddy car parks, potholes, dangerous driving, and feeling misled into thinking it's official Dublin Airport parking, with customers describing it as a field lacking infrastructure and warning others to AVOID it due to poor organization and service.

Horrific experience. We returned to a flat tyre and a two hour wait with four children.

Simply amazing, no waiting even though we were told on the phone they were busy it could delay a pickup, but it didn’t,

On arrival’s instructions were so clear and precise and car arrived on time!

We used this meet and greet service for the first time in the summer. Using it again at Xmas and will be using it for all future trips. It was so convenient being able to have someone take our car at the entrance and drop it off when we arrived back. The guys collecting and dropping were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and their service to anyone travelling.

Excellent service, very competitive for service given, dropped of car at the 1st airport car park as instructed and they drove it to depot and on my return I rang them when I collected my luggage and my car was waiting for me at departures, driver even had car nicely heated for me, which was a god sent as it was 10.30pm and 6 degrees.

Just a recomendation. When collecting a car should give like a receipt or email of confirmation that car has been collected.

What a disaster! If your representatives don't speak English how are they meant to help people booking in an English speaking country. Fobbed me off when I asked if I could book over the phone because their payment gateway was not working online (after testing multiple browsers on phone and laptop) he told me to try another browser. Once that didn't work and I rang back, the phone line kept cutting me off. What an experience it's been trying to deal with this company. Wouldn't recommend.

Boarded Red carpark bus at T1 at 21.05 on Oct 1 2025. Driver arrived at 21.30 approx. I got to my car in the red car Park at 21.44. The exit barrier did not lift, the machine did not read my QR code the intercom assistant was abrupt-"Car Reg" no further communication. Sudden end, then barrier lifted. Not the kind of welcome you want when you arrive after a flight in the dark.

Great ease & convenience using meet & greet for the first time. Driver met us in Carpark A allowing us to go straight into departures lounge. Coming home we were a day late due to family emergency & were charged an extra 2 days for They accepted Revolut which was convenient. Car was waiting for us outside departures. Will be using them again.

Always found our Car parking experience excellent but unfortunately not on this occasion. I need a PRM space but there were none available. I was told took book at the full rate and the difference woukd be refunded. I am still emailing 3 weeks later waiting for the correct amount to be refunded. Getting every excuse about the rate changing despite having a screen shot of the correct PRM at booking. Left with a shortfall of 13.60

Excellent communication and service, and very reasonably priced. Minimal waiting for valet collection and pick-up was waiting for us as we came out of the terminal. I'll definitely use this service from now on. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience with very nice people. Dropped my car off at the airport and just handed the keys over. On the way back i just sent them a message with my arrival time. They told me to relax and that they would be waiting when I landed. All went well and i got my keys back with no issues. Great experience
