I booked a car through the Driverso website for an upcoming trip in March 2022. Their website states you receive a 100% refund if you cancel before a certain date. I cancelled my booking two weeks ago (6 weeks prior to the scheduled booking). I have not received a refund, yet, and cannot reach anyone at the company to obtain information about my refund. I have sent an email, used the chat feature on the website, and tried calling two phone numbers. No one will respond to me. At this point, I believe I have been scammed.
**Update to my previous review. Today, I see my refund pending on my credit card. I appreciate Driverso quickly resolving my issue. I had to cancel my previous booking due to our travel dates changing. However, I will consider booking with them again in the future.

I booked this rental for my clients, the Katz's. I haven't spoken with them directly but I did ask "if everything was satisfactory with the BMW from Driverso". They responded "Perfetto"!!!

Terrible company! Booked and paid for a car 2 months ago, checked in on the web and the booking had contact details of John Doe for the company they used.
I queried this and requested confirmation and 36 hours before I was due to fly they eventually responded and said they have cancelled my booking!
No apology no alternative…
Stay away from these guys, they are a middle man that does not vet where the cars come from!
You have been warned!

Great customer service, on time with pick ups and drop offs, would definitely go with this service again.

Generally, I have a trust problem when I need to try a new service. However, from the beginning to the end, Driverso exceeded my expectations.

It is super easy to book a car via Whatsapp! How handy it is! You are always interacting with real people. All super professional, kind, and helpful. The car was amazing! Real luxury category. I would say best car rental experience ever! Thank you for this amazing experience.

La compilazione dell'ordine di prenotazione sul sito è stata molto semplice ma ho avuto piacere di chiedere un contatto telefonico e Simona, l'assistente italiana, è stata competente e collaborativa.
Il Driver, Matteo, ci ha consegnato la vettura con puntualità assoluta, e si è dimostrato particolarmente disponibile nell'organizzare la consegna "a sorpresa" dell'Audi per mio marito. Questa azienda trasmette affidabilità, caratteristica fondamentale e rassicurante per chi ordina un servizio importante via web.

We had a very positive experience with Driverso, renting a superb AudiQ5 Sportback for a week end.
All formalities went smoothly on the web site and I also appreciated the phone contacts with a competent and collaborative Italian assistent.
The driver delivered the car the due date at perfect timing and we really enjoyed this experience. I think this Company conveys reliability and trouble-solving attitudine. These are key features especially It you are spending important amounts through the web.

We rented the exclusive Mercedes car by the web. Since then, the communication has been excellent. The driver waited in front of the arrival gate, the car was clean and ready to go. We requested a diferrent drop-off (at our hotel in Milan) and when we arrived to the hotel, the representative was there and picked the car without any issue.

Very good service. On time. As agreed. Polite drivers. High quality car. Will use them again.

Well we have to pay for an extra day because there was on the contract that we would dropp off the car at 10am but I tried many times to change the drop off time because our plane was departure at 5pm , and the said also nothong when picked the car up at the first day at 5pm though on the contract was also 10am, that I also couln’t change! But the renting time was just the same 8 days, but I have to pay 1 extra day???
