Perfect service
A very good experience with all service and support. The car that i booked had a problem on the day before of the check in and a car upgarde was imediatly offerd to me.
Everytime that i need to contact the support i had fast replys. About the check in and check out was also 5 stars from the car company that attend this service. It was a big pleasure to meet people like this. Many thanks and congratulations!

Wow, such a great service!
Wow, wow, wow!. We hired a Mercedes EClass Cabroilet and the driver met us at the Airport as planned. The car was gleaming, and BRAND NEW! We were the first to drive this beautifu car and had such a wonderful time driving around the hills of Tuscany, Umbria and Cortona. The service by our pickup and drop off drivers, Mr Christian and Mr Luigi, was first class. They were friendly, helpful, and nothing was a problem. I thoroughly recommend Driverso.

Terrible customer service.
I booked a vehicle on the previous day as it said the Mercedes was available on the website but then I was told it wasn't. This wasn't the biggest issue, the issue was I was talking with the customer service on WhatsApp and they stopped replying to me even though being online! No help nothing, they simply stopped responding to any of my messages even after I helped them come up with solutions. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

After reading the online reviews of Driverso, we decided to rent a convertible mini cooper for our Tuscany trip. The whole thing went great. Luigi, the local rep, dropped the car off to us at our hotel in Flroence promptly as scheduled. THe car was in fantastic condition and served us well on the windy roads through Chianti, San Gimagno, Siena, Montalcino, etc etc. Upon return to Florence, I again met with Luigi and the we handed the keys back. It was smooth and hassle free. I have already recommned Driverso to my friends who are visiting Italy in the near future. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever!
We rent a Mercedes S classe during our trip on italy. Unfortunately we got robbed and had our window broken. We called driverso to ask for help and for support.
They answered in a very arrogant way and didn’t offer any support at all. They refused to come and give us a new car. They asked for extra money.
It was one of the worst unprofessional behavior that I experienced. It is insane that you pay a lot of money for a luxury service and you get treated in this way. I was really disappointed!!!!

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention as we thought we'd done a great job but this was not the case and we do apologize.
You left unattended in the public street The brand-new MB S for a long time with a luxury suitcase and some very expensive designer clothes clearly visible in the rear seat, unfortunately thieves broke the deflector and stole the luxury goods in the car.
As soon as you informed us, we took action and proposed to deliver a new car in 2 hours in Pisa (moving it from Florence), obviously this service should have been paid (even if only for the cost, without any profit for us).
Your choice was to put a temporary cover on the small broken rear deflector and continue to hold the MB S-class until the end of the rental.
For the record the day before the rental end you asked us to add an extra km pack and it was granted to you at the price valid at the time of booking (you would have had to pay the extra km in the final balance at the price stipulated in the contract), you also changed the drop-off time and place using our tailor-made assistance with no additional cost, as per our standards we tried to offer you all our attentions.
We hope to have you soon behind the wheel of one of our cars.

Terrible Experience
I usually never write any bad reviews but in this case, I really want to set cation notices to other people so that they don’t have to go through the same experience I had. I rented a car via this page weeks in advance of my trip. They cancel the booking 2 days before and didn’t provide any type of solution for a similar price they send a couple of options but all of them were double de price. The rental was in high season, so I couldn’t book any other car for the vacation. Very unpleasant experience. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND LOOK FOR OTHER ALTERNATIVES BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM

Dear Sir, we thank you for your feedback and we really regret not being able to satisfy your needs.
We operate reserving actual cars to our clients and even if very rarely it can happen to have an unexpected event that makes the car unavailable. In these cases (extremely rare), we offer all our support and free of charge backup options.
This time, due to the very busy period, we had to propose a relevant upgrade and move cars from other cities in order to provide the service. Cars offered had listed prices between two and three times what was originally paid and we only asked a small contribution to the transport costs as we would have moved the from Florence to Naples.
This would have involved huge extra costs but we would have been happy to support them for you.
For your record we advised you 3 days before the pick-up and immediately after your decision to cancel the booking, we issued a full refund and sent you the relevant receipt.
We are here to support you for future needs and we hope to have you soon behind the wheel of one of our cars soon.
Easy reservation process and transparent policies
Driverso is a very good option to rent a sport car because there are more providers in the same place and you can immediately see prices and availability, in complete transparency. The reservation process is easy and I liked the possibility to cancel it up to 3 days before
