Bed ok, assembly service to be improved
The bed is nice and comfortable but the assembly service didnt do a good job. The scratch my bedroom door with their tools and one of the legs of the bed is not screwed correctly

Good customer service
Ordering process in store was very simple. The two guys that came to deliver the mattress were friendly , called before arrival and were very punctual. Wore shoe covers when they came in. Very good customer service.

Excellent service from all at Dreams from Dan at the Head Office to the Wonderful Manager at Staples Corner whose name i never managed to get.They were very quick in resolving an issue and a redelivery of items,i cant recommend them enough,a pleasure to deal with,many thanks Dreams i am about to order 2 x more beds.

Elizabeth is a dream
Elizabeth at the Staples corner branch is an absolute asset to your company. From the moment she greeted us, to the moment we left she was a delight. Elizabeth took her time with us, took us through the sleepmatch process and then showed us EIGHT different mattresses individually - not once making us feel rushed. Elizabeth’s product knowledge is unmatched but most importantly myself and my husband both left store in a great mood despite our pockets being £2,500 lighter.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. In store Dreams were great and the guys that delivered and constructed the bedframe were friendly, quick and professional.
Only downside was waiting over 3 weeks for delivery etc

Exceptional service from Elizabeth/Amira
Exceptional service from Elizabeth and Amira. This is the second time in 4years I’ve purchased a superking mattress from Dreams at the same store location due to their friendly, knowledgable staff and quality products. Interestingly the mattress Amira suggested before my husband and I tried the mattress diagnosis tool turned out to be the number 1 mattress in the match results. We loved it and purchased it. Thank you again! We opted for a firm with a pillow top for luxurious comfort as our current Medium feel Therapur ActiveGel has started sagging. We purchased the additional warranty to cover the new mattress, should this happen again in another 4 years.
