They have good quality bed and matress but when you try back old matress for guaranty you have No chance for it. I'm bought insurance for own damages Worth 45£ and I can't return old matress because my request for a mattress replacement was denied

Whilst I understand your frustration, the outcome of the inspection found no fault with your mattress. The service plan does only allow for exchanges in the event a manufacturing fault is present.

I am sorry to hear that you are finding the mattress to be too firm.
As it is a brand-new mattress, it is normal for a mattress to go through a period of settlement. As this process goes on for the first few weeks, you should find the mattress soften slightly.
However, I did want to speak with you but was unable to reach you on your mobile. As such, I have sent you an email with some additional information and hope to hear from you soon so we can look at how you wish to progress this matter, keeping in mind we do offer our customers a 100-night comfort guarantee exchange.

Good service and range of products
Good service and range of products. Staff were attentive but not pushy, letting us get on with browsing and serving us when we were ready. Dreams has a good range of beds from the very basic to medium range, and even a few higher end products. They don't do top end products but then that's not why you go to Dreams.
I bought a few items, including a "sold as seen" display bed, and the team were able to provide a good price and some free extras. Delivery was as per the agreed timing and the team installed the bed efficiently including having to climb quite a few stairs.
