Great service from start to finish. No pushy sales just good knowledge and offered advice when requested. Delivery time was quick. The guys were prompt, friendly and professional! Could not fault!

The staff were really helpful and accommodating and not at all pushy, there is nothing worse than being pounced on as soon as you walk through the door and trying to sell you the most expensive product, this was not the case,i would highly recommend this company to anyone.

A really positive experience for us choosing a new mattress. We went in completely unsure what kind of mattress we required other than we didn’t want memory foam again, and Hannah ran us through the Sleep Match machine and found what type of mattress would be most beneficial to us. We were then shown several different mattresses at different price points and were explained the main differences between them and if the price difference was worthwhile. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and stress free. Will definitely go back to Dreams for any future mattresses.

The whole experience from shop to delivery was excellent. Sadly I don’t remember the name of the lady who served me in the Poole branch but her knowledge was brilliant and her patience while I made my mind up was spot on !
The delivery guys were excellent too and took care of my new carpets and painted wall while assembling the bed. The products a luxurious deep topper and an ottoman bed with a soft mattress are both amazing I’d liken it to sleeping on a marshmallow ! Thank you Dreams

The best customer service I have had.

Had issues with a bed 2 years after we purchased. They constantly helped. Ensured we got a new bed twice when the the 2nd bed would not fit up the stairs.

Genuinely easy to deal with. Not often I see good customer service like this. This was online and via customer service.

Delivery was on time the day it was booked for delivery the delivery men were very good and tidy all very good

Extremely disappointed with the return service. Purchased bed and a mattress from the store. They only had the white frame in the store but I decided to go ahead with the grey colour that I could only see on the website. When the bed arrived I did not like the colour as appeared different than on the website. Bed is still in the original box and I only opened the top to see the colour. Called the customer service and was told that items ordered in store cannot be returned and referred me to terms and conditions. Why I was not informed of this when I was purchasing the bed? Extremely disappointed with the service. I was expecting more from a well established company like Dreams.

The quality of the divan and head board are both excellent, when we set the head board at a height that looked both comfortable held in place by screwing up all 4 holdiing studs through the slotted timber supports and replaced the mattress it became obvious that the mattress was overhanging the bottom of the divan. The only solution was to raise the head board to allow the mattress to sit comfortably between head board and divan. Unfortunately this means that only one holding stud can be fixed through each timber support. Not a good answer as the head board is not held by all 4 holding studs, one through each timber, and is far from rigid.
We do feel that the timber supports should be designed longer to allow for mattress thickness. Or ideally the divan made slightly longer.
