Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable member of staff at the store together with delivery on time and handled with care. Member of staff at the store went over and above to get a suitable delivery date and we were kept up to date on times etc. thank you

Called in for a new mattress in the Llanelli store, fantastic range of mattresses, and beds, also duvets, pillows, staff were brilliant, welcoming and helpful, Samantha is plesent and helpful, we would definitely recommend Dreams to everyone 😀

Very helpful in store when i was looking for a new bed. Gave me all the information i needed re: price, delivery etc.
Delivery team gave me a time slot the day before, confirmed this on the day & rang me to advise would be with me "within the hour". Great service.

Good customer service from the dreams shop staff who were very helpful and friendly provided me with useful information regarding my mattress delivery and collection of old mattress, along with the 2 friendly delivery men who took my new matress up 2 flights of stairs efficiently, Everything was well organised with texts and calls regarding delivery time. The Combination mattress which was on sale is very supportive for back and comfy. Wont hesitate to visit shop again.

Delivery was on time. Assembly was no problem. Very efficient. More than pleased with the product, which was backed up by very polite and efficient personnel. Excellent.

Excellent service. Very helpful salesperson when we were choosing a mattress for our 2nd bedroom, as there were so many. No pressure to buy one but very caring and constructive in giving advice as to which ones would be most suitable .The men delivered the mattress promptly on the day allocated to us. Very efficient and unpacked our new one and took away our old one with no hassle. We always use Dreams for our beds .
