Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly, didn’t overwhelm or hover over us during our visit. We left with good deals and excited for new bed and mattress! Also really kid-friendly and were able to cope with an energetic child! Umar Aziz was a wonderful member of staff. Thank you.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain the products, prices and options available.
The whole process from investigation, to purchase and then delivery and assembly was painless.
We will be using the store and products again.

The Dreams experience
Had a really good night's sleep now. My back problems don't seem to affect me with the new bed and mattress and pillows and new fitted bed sheet 5 out of 5 for getting everything right and sorting out my sleep issues. CHEERS

A very pleasant place to shop. Staff were brilliant, they really knew their stuff and were able to answer my questions knowledgeably. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere and an impressive array of stock available to view and test. The mattress tester machine was excellent too. Plus there was a good range of both affordable or luxury items available.

Well informed about products without being pushy
We are very happy with the service provided in Dundee! In the shop, Stewart help us to decide the best bed and mattress for our needs. Allowed us to take an informed decision without pressuring us to select a particular product. A dedicated person like Stewart makes all easier! We are very happy with the delivery too. We received notifications about the time of the delivery. The items were very well protected. With such a nice experience, I am more inclined to think about renovating other mattresses!
