I have never liked when you go into an expensive shop and the staff constantly come to you and ask if you need help or hover it puts me off but at Dreams they made me feel welcome, relaxed and they wanted to help find what I needed and they did it's the best mattress I have ever had. The delivery men were amazing too and they wanted to take the mattress to my bedroom even though I didn't pay for them to do that and they didn't

The moment I stepped into Dreams in Doncaster I was met by Sarah who was very informative in what I wanted in buying a bed. She was excellent in the way she presented each bed I looked at. The shop was well laid out and easy to see each bed at a glance. I now know why the name is called Dreams as the bed I bought is like lying on a fluffy cloud contented and drifting off to a wonderful and restful sleep.

THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ARRIVED IN THE ALLOCATED
2 HOUR PERIOD. A BIT OF LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOURSELF AND THE
DRIVERS, AS THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST DROPPING OFF THE BED AND NOT REMOVING THE OLD BED FROM UPSTAIRS. THEY WERE RATHER CARELESS IN BRINGING IT DOWN STAIRS AS THEY SCRATCHED THE PAINT WORK AND 2 SMALL BITS OF DAMAGE TO THE PLASTER. NOT VERY PLEASED AS WE HAD NOT LONG SINCE IT WAS DECORATED.

The staff we excellent and took the time to understand what we were looking for before showing us a range of suitable mattresses and beds. They were knowledgeable about the products and didn't pressurise us into making a purchase. A very enjoyable visit and we will certainly recommend this store to our friends and family

The main thing I liked about this shop was the staff wasn't all over us like most shops are. They helped us know what mattrass we needed then let us go around the shop deciding for ourselves. When we needed them they were there, nice, friendly and approachable.
The shop itself had a good selection of beds/mattresses and we ended up purchasing one.

The lady in the shop called Sarah was very helpful and knowledgeable. We got two free pillows and a mattress cover if we needed to send return the mattress after our ninety day trial.It took some getting used to as it felt harder than in the shop. Delivery was quick and the men were friendly and helpful.

Great care, responsible answers to questions and helpful staff. NO pressure selling and all In all a relaxed atmosmosphere to do your shopping in. Bought our " Dream" bead that day.

Me and my partner were both greeted by Sarah on entry to the store and she walked us round the store showing us everything and tailoring it all to our needs instead of trying to push things onto us, she was really friendly and we had a laugh with her which always helps. Couldn't ask for a better experience 😀

Visited Doncaster store today, was looked after by Julie. Julie approached us on arrival, offered lots of advice and assistance, even offered us a drink. Then gave us time to look around and try different mattresses. Excellent customer service from start to finish very pleased with our purchase thank you

Great professional service

The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. We did not feel rushed into making a decision, we were offered refreshments ,the staff acted in a polite and professional manner.

Arrived ok but put the wrong size legs on the bed after I told them the size
