Really great customer service from Michael in the Croydon store. Everything explained well. Very easy. Delivery within a week and delivery guys on the day were prompt and friendly.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Moses at the Croydon Dreams store, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, Moses was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and he guided us through the store with genuine care and honesty.

What really stood out was how considerate he was of our budget — never pushy, just incredibly thoughtful and respectful. He offered helpful suggestions, answered all our questions with patience, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process.

From the moment w entered the store, I was greeted by Dyreck who helped me find t rift mattress and bed for me.
The delivery drivers were who assembled the bed were very pleasant and professional. The whole experience was great

My new Tempur Mattress is sooooo comfortable and so are the Tempur Pillows, I received as a free gift. I had already recommended a new bed o my niece and her partner, and also 1 for their daughter.

From going into the store and speaking to a salesperson, to the delivery......fantastic!

Mattress and bed is perfect!

The staff in the store were absolutely brilliant, cannot fault it and have not had a better experience in purchasing a large item. The bed is incredible! I cannot even watch TV in it - I am out in minutes.

The whole experience at Dreams as great the staff at the Croydon branch was good they give me time to look around on my own before they assisted me in choosing my bed. I used the bed machine that picked several suggestion for me.
All in all a lovely experience to choosing my first mattress
The mattress was delivered on time and in a timely manor and old one taken away too.

I have slept well since I've had it and my aches have slowly lessen.
