We went in for information and came away having purchased a superb bed - a super king ottoman with separate mattresses that could convert to two singles should we ever need to do that. Ryan Rudman in Chippenham spent a lot of time with us, allowing us to use the computerised system to find out the best mattress for us and never making us feel rushed. We had to wait till Septemberto try out our bed after we moved house but it was so worth the wait. It is truly comfortable and as a lifelong insomniac I know I am sleeping longer and deeper - and so is my husband! Comfortable nights made the whole moving experience so much less stressful.

Excellent servce in store and on delivery. The delivery team couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful despite a rather tricky entrance to our flat.

The staff in Dreams are always very helpful and friendly. Jenny, who served me was excellent. The adjustable electric bed arrived on the appointed day and was assembled efficiently by two charming gentlemen. They explained the operating system clearly and took away all the packaging.

The bed is just amazing. So, so comfortable and having the top slightly raised means I no longer suffer with acid reflux at night. Dreams own brand of electric bed is considerably cheaper than the well-known market leader and, having had an expensive one before, I can detect no difference in quality or comfort and would thoroughly recommend the Dreams version.

Our visit to Chippenham Dreams was just to find out more about a replacement mattress. However, we were met by helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who advised us of all of our possible options and we ended up purchasing a wonderful mattress.

The process was so easy with lots of choice of beds and mattresses. Sales staff were great and I really rate the mattress machine.

I chose the self assembly choice and it was quite easy, plenty of information from tutorial videos online along with easy to use instructions.

Finally having a great night sleep.

I was looked after as soon as I got in shop,had a test on the special bed which decided which mattress type I should have. Delivered with care & took my old mattress away.
