Happy with purchase.
The door isn't quite as robust as I had hoped but it's light weight made it easy to handle. Definitely cannot be trimmed. It hangs well and the paint can go straight on. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and would recommend.

Very expensive…and unhelpful with any issues.
I didn’t realise how comparatively expensive this company was until I spoke to ‘Star’ (the so called customer service supervisor). The utter lack of interest, flexibility or assistance, combined with a repetitive ‘that’s just the policy’ attitude made me wonder where (or indeed, If) any customer service training had ever taken place. Whilst I understood a return was not possible as I was well over the returns window, I was placing another larger order at the same time. Yet no goodwill gesture - even a token effort - could be offered despite the huge amounts of business I have given them over the years. And the attitude was unhelpful, unfriendly - generally abysmal.
Ironically, this all ended up doing me a favour. I would have just repeat-ordered another door with them had I not had this treatment. However, because of this, I looked elsewhere online - and saved over £40 on EACH door!
Obviously, Door Superstore have not only lost this order, but any future orders from me, not just because of their attitude but also because of the huge amount I can save by going elsewhere.

I am sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience with us, however as our returns policy is 14 days from the day you receive your order and you were attempting to return your item 4 months after it was delivered, we were unable to accept this back. The team supervisor Star explained our returns policy and advised that if there is anything we could do for you we would, however on this occasion being so far outside of the timeline this was not possible.
Apologies that you feel we have not helped you in anyway however I assure you we have done everything that we could.

Terrible service, bad company
Terrible service, charged extra after accepting original order, then failed to deliver on time by over two weeks
Tried to speak to a manager and told that would take their Standard THREE days for a management response!!!
Never using again, my advice go and use HOWDENS

The doors are okay but the hinges and handles were missing parts and Doorsuperstore refused to send the missing pieces, claiming it was their supplier's error (my contract was with them, not the supplier) and it was my fault for not checking sooner. Correct, I did not count every screw in every bag, nor check the handles had all their grub screws, so I only found out when installing, but as an act of goodwill it would not be hard for them to sort it out but they flatly refused to do so. Best avoided.
