Worst Hosting Company Ever
This is by far the worst hosting service provider I have come across. Not only was the load time slow, but also the downtime was the worst.
Now, I have cancelled my plan after 7 days but I didn't get any refund. Not to my debit card or my balance.
This company should be avoided. I should have taken the bad reviews seriously, and I regret not doing so.
I have opened a ticket #723692. I need a refund.

Support is Zero. Deal with them at the risk of your tears
Any host or domain registrar without phone contacts should be avoided like a plague. Domainking can make a small matter as helping to modify nameservers blow up in your face with their almost non-existent support. You are just at the mercy of your fate. Support is dead. Keep off.

Persistent SSL handshake failed Error code 525 on trying to access domainking.ng or user client area.
After paying for a domain and hosting package. upon completion of the domain transfer from another registrar, their website started showing a Cloudflare SSL handshake failed Error code 525, it's been over 24 hours now and they are still down. This happened immediately i started a chat with their customer support. (Days Later) it's like rolling a dice, being able to access your clientarea dashboard is a 50/50 thing...sometimes you may be lucky and have access to their domain client area, other times you may experience a Cloudflare 525 error. it's so weird... I've never seen a host this terrible. I am beginning to feel most the reviews here are paid reviews...
