Great customer service. It started from having confusions owning a website, I used the live chat, and Blessing guided me on every steps to take to purchase their service. I hired a developer to create the website and since then it’s been very rocky. I’ always reach out to their support team if when my developer ask me to for some requirements and they have been really helpful. I really want to give them 10 stars for their hard work, and because it’s a Nigerian hosting that prioritizes customer support.

This company uses resellers and can be blocked anytime by the hosting companies they buy from so run
This company does not have their own hosting ip address , they buy(reseller hosting) from 2 different companies and resell to you, from asurahosting and genhost, of 2days ago genhost, blocked all their cpanel accounts,all the cpanel on their hosting platform is now blocked ,the customer services haven't responded since the incident, so my advise never buy from them for your own safety

All affected accounts have since been restored and are currently active. The temporary suspension was necessary due to a high volume of policy violations across multiple accounts. In order to protect the integrity of our server and IP reputation, we had to act swiftly to filter and secure affected accounts, which unfortunately impacted several users on the server.
