My daughter and her friend came to have their and make up done for a year 6 disco. They absolutely loved it!! They were treated so kindly by everyone there. I went in a few weeks later to get some products for my daughter and was treated so nicely by the girls who helped me get all the right things. I think it was Stephanie who served me and she was so beautifully kind to me

I come every 3 weeks to have my nails done by Georgina. She is so fantastic at every design I ask for. The nails always last and I always get complimented on them. Georgina is very talented but also a really lovely girl. It’s fab catching up with her during my appointments.

I’ve been visiting Doll for a year now to get my nails done. Georgina is amazing at what she does. Nothing is too much trouble, especially when you are indecisive like me! Can’t recommend her enough 💕

I’ve been coming to Georgina for my nails for a little while now. Everytime I arrive I’m offered a drink (Dolls iced coffees are LUSH) and everyone is always so welcoming. I love how many colour options there are and I would definitely say out of everywhere I’ve been they have the most colours. Georgina is always making sure new colours are ordered to keep things fresh and I think that’s really cool because it shows how much she appreciates her clients by wanting to keep things new and exciting for them. Any nail art I ask for she’s always 100% invested in it- nothing is ever too much and she is so talented and a perfectionist!
Georgina is super on it and knows what you like in terms of styles, and she’s always thinking a few appointments ahead to what you might need and I really appreciate that.
I always have a really good chat and laugh with Georgina and the girls whilst I’m having my nails done, everyone is so nice 😊
What’s amazing about Doll is they are so fluid and move with the times. I think a lot of salons have got stuck in their way and haven’t modernised, it’s brilliant being able to go to one company and literally have everything done there (I get waxed, hair, nails, eyelashes and as of next week lips done) and it’s so convenient and the standards set by Doll are super high.
I literally recommend Doll to everyone and Georgina for nails to everyone. 💕

I always have my make up done by Katie at Doll HQ. As soon as I arrive she always provides me with a drink from the bar before she starts my make up. Katie will always listen to how I want my make up & does it perfect every single time. She is chatty and friendly and always makes me feel welcome in Doll, as do the other girls. She will always ensure that I am completely happy with my make up before leaving my appt, I couldn’t fault her service at all! Xx

Love coming into the salon each month to have BIAB nails with Georgina, she is the best! Nails always look amazing and last for weeks! She is always super friendly and has great ideas for nail art.

A drink offered from that super pink bar, instantly relaxes you and puts you in a perfect mood.
Things just get better and better, as you are escorted to your seat, for your transformation.
The staff are friendly,patience, and listen as describe your vision. Then set to work making your desires a reality.
I cannot fault anything, its a place that dreams become real, and as you leave, you feel perfect and almost weightless, as you float into the air.

I had my make up done by Katie Mcnicholas and I was so happy it was the best makeup ive ever had done and she made me feel really comfortable from the second i walked in. The girls in there are all so down to earth and make you feel so welcome it's the least intimidating salon I've been to. You get people from different ages to different ethnicities in there too it's just a really friendly environment and the girls skills are phenomenal from make up to nails and hair. I definitely recommend it

What started out as a 'one off' mum/daughter treat has become a regular 3-4 week date! Love the amazing BIAB nails and always look forward to special time with the gorgeous girls Roya & Georgina! Best in the business at Doll HQ...💕💕💕

I’ve become a regular at Doll since moving up from London a couple of years ago. As a now 39 year old I was worried I might be a little old for the salon but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Every visit feels like a treat and always cheers me up.

Everyone is so welcoming and professional and I'm always greeted with smiles and my name at reception - the girls are all just lovely! You are offered a gorgeous choice of drinks (the pink shake is lush!) on arrival, and sit on quirky pink furniture until it’s time for your appointment.

The salon is lovely - bright, clean and cheery. Pink heaven for all ages. Downstairs is hair and the beauty rooms for massage, aesthetics and facials and upstairs is nails, makeup and tans.

I always ask for Georgina (NailsbyGee) for my BIAB (nails) and luxury gel pedicure as she’s amazing and super sweet too. Brilliant at nail art and just a perfectionist. It’s become a ritual now every few weeks! My niece has Roya who is equally awesome.

When it comes to makeup you have to ask for Claudia (Sicilymakeup) - she’s insanely talented. Perfect for a special night out, wedding, races, or just to make you feel bloomin’ gorgeous.

I’m not going to lie - if you’ve been to Doll you’ll find a million reasons to go back - everything is so tempting!

So, I have also had had my brows plucked, tinted and laminated, my eyelashes done for holiday so I can vouch for the brow team too. I’ve also enjoyed a Doll to Glow facial in the salon too which was heavenly. Most recently I had lip blush (a semi permanent colour applied to your lips) with the lovely Kirsty Cunningham which I’m delighted with as someone who has very pale lips. This was my first foray into an aesthetic treatment.

Lastly I have started to take my little girl for her haircuts as the stylists are all so good with children and make them feel like Disney princesses for the hour. They make such an effort to make little ones feel special with a full wash and massage, cut and dry and offer braid or curls once their hair has been dried. They also offer Princess experiences which I’ll be looking at for one of her future birthdays.

Oh and did I mention their own brand makeup? Really affordable and unexpectedly good. Particularly rate their lipsticks and glosses but they have a product for everyone and often have 5 for £25 deals which clearly you can’t leave the salon without snapping up.

So thanks to the doll girls for the pampering - as a tired, ageing, working mother of two it’s greatly appreciated! Hehe! X

I love going to Doll, Gee is the best nail tech, always super friendly, she does such a great job and there is lots of nail colour choice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. 10/10

Everytime i come to doll i always feel so welcome especially when I visit my nail girl Georgina 💘 I have been to a few nail artists over the past couple of years and Gee is by far my favourite :) she is so talented and I’m never ever disappointed with my nails. I genuinely feel like it’s more of a catch up rather than a nail appointment and I’m so grateful she actually sits there and listens to me waffle on for the whole appointment 🤣 I will always come to doll now thanks to Gee see you in 2 weeks xxx

Started getting my nails done at Doll Chester a few months ago with Georgina and now wouldn’t go anywhere else!! BIAB is amazing quality and overall a lovely experience every time xx

I visited the salon on a busy Saturday, I got a straight blow dry with the apprentice Leah, she was so chatty and make me feel really welcome as well as my hair being amazing all salon staff were friendly and smiley, the salon used high end hair products I would recommend 100% and will be returning.

I get my lashes done with serena and she is by far the best lash tech I’ve ever had!!! She does an outstanding job ever single time makes me feel amaze❤️ And she is an absolute sweetheart so lovely and welcoming will never change lash techs!!!!

Elle done my hair half a head She provided with a great experience best I’ve had yet with being in any salon, I was asked if I wanted any refreshments and was provided with a drink from there amazing menu, the treatment I had on my hair was amazing felt relaxed the whole time even the other girls in the salon that wasn’t doing my hair made me feel welcome, Elle transformed my hair massively and left it in a lovely condition after even curled my hair and it looked amazing, the only person I now trust doing my hair.
