Great pedicure from Reshma. Iam treated as a valued customer. I love going there for beauty treatments & have been a regular customer since the salon opened.

SCAMMERS !!!!

They closed Nottingham branch without informing customers. They are refusing to refund the pre paid packages.

AVOID THEM!

Service at Nottingham was good so purchased a 10 course eyebrow thread. That location is now shut without notice and the company is refusing to refund me, seriously suggesting I travel to derby every time I want my eyebrows done when I don't even have a car.

Do not buy their packages.

I was pressured into buying a block booking in December (would not take no for an answer) which was frustrating but I decided that it was OK as I could use them... the branch I used has now shut with no warning, with the next closest one an hour away with 4 bookings still to use. Rawr are now refusing to refund the outstanding appointments which I am now unable to use due to the distance.

I strongly advise against purchasing treatment packages or paying upfront with this company.

I paid for a package of 8 eyebrow treatments at their Nottingham branch. Initially, the service was acceptable, but after a few visits, I was repeatedly refused treatment unless I had a booking — even when the salon was empty with no customers present.

I later discovered that the Nottingham branch has now closed, which explains the behaviour I experienced from the staff. When I contacted customer service, I was told I could use my remaining treatments in Manchester, Birmingham, or Derby. However, it is unreasonable to expect customers to travel 45 minutes or more for a simple eyebrow appointment.

I requested a refund, which was refused. I have since contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against paying upfront or purchasing packages with this company.

Not happy been going to primark for my beauty and always bought a beauty package in advance so lost my money I have paid did not know they were closing went last week got told lady on her own can not do me this is not wright got told to go to to nearest one which is out of town Derby wants reporting not allowed why are primark allowing I should report to my bank why is this happening

If I could give zero stars for the Ealing Broadway branch I would! What a mess my eyebrows are in! A child could have done a better job it looks like crayola than a tint. Meant to be wax and tint but they start threading you! I still have unshaped dye all over my face they’re a mess!!

I have used Rawr several times for eyebrow threading or waxing. The staff are always friendly and I have been pleased with the results. I have recently had to use customer services and they replied promptly. Customer service is brilliant.

I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience I had at your salon at primark in tottenham court road around 17:52 on 16th january 2026.

I had paid in advance for an eyebrow treatment package. Upon arrival, I was treated with complete disregard. The staff member who was supposed to assist me refused to help. Instead of working, her colleagues were painting their own nails. When I asked for assistance, I was told to wait, without any clear indication of how long it would take, and this was communicated in a very rude and dismissive manner. She refused to help me as she said she had other appointments even though there was other people who just came and she served them. That’s discrimination.

Eventually, I was explicitly told that I would not be helped at all. The staff member’s tone and attitude were disrespectful and unacceptable. When I asked to file a complaint, she reluctantly gave me this email address but refused to provide her name, which further demonstrates the lack of professionalism.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a beauty salon. I felt ignored, disrespected, and unfairly treated, despite having already paid in advance.

I am requesting:

1. A formal written and in person apology for the way I was treated.
2. A full refund for the prepaid package, as the service was not provided.

I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. I look forward to your response.

Managed to get a haircut at short notice. Pleased with results and prices very affordable. Thank you Roshina for coming to the rescue…..shall be back.

Went in for eyebrow and upper lip waxing in Rawr Beauty in Ealing. Terrible service my eyebrows were uneven and when I asked them to fix it, the lady started threading. I asked her to leave as I will be going to another salon to fix it to which she just said ok. The wax used on my upper lip was terrible resulting in severe breakout. I paid for the service but will never be going back again.

I have been coming here for years intermittently and usually get my eyebrows done by the usual ladies that have worked here for all this time. I come here specifically for them as they do a good job. I had a new lady and she burnt the skin around my eyes with the wax. I called the next day to complain and asked for a refund of £11 to resolve it. They said they don’t do refunds and their manager would call me. They never called me back and I have big dark marks around my left eye which make up couldn’t even cover for my Christmas party last night. I hope it doesn’t scar :( be careful with this place as they clearly are more money driven then care about the damage they’ve done to my eyes :(

I wanted to get my eyebrows done and asked for them to be not too dark. They ended up making them so dark that I’m honestly embarrassed to go outside. It’s a total fail, and I’m never going back there Raw in Primark Newcastle

Arshia, at Milton Keynes has manicured and put gel varnish on my nails a few times now. Lovely lady, pleasant to talk to and my nails...well WOW, very, very pleased. Just looking to book in again before Christmas :-)

I have been going to here for quite a while more than 3 years my nails are stronger than ever and growing lovely ... I have gel polish on hands and and a pedicure and gel polish on my toes .
I get my eyebrows tinted and threaded . Lip and chin thread too and have a facial too .. .. I absolutely love going for my treatments each month and enjoy our chats and how relaxed and more happier I feel when I leave ... Thank you so much shumaila you are a star ⭐

Visited outlet in Primark Nottingham today for brow wax. I have used them previously and they do a good job. Only issue is they are very pushy for extra sales which ruins the experience and puts you on edge. Before they’ve tried to push ‘deals’ on me, all if you pay upfront. I only use them when I’m in town and my usual beautician doesn’t have a slot so I’m not interested in booking in advance but they struggle to take no for an answer. I felt as if the entire appointment she was pushing to get more money out of me. Then she asked if I wanted my lip waxing (rude!) I said ‘no’ but then a minute later she said ‘let me take two long hairs from your lip’, so I thought they are bugging her as she threaded them but oh no she charged me for brow and lip threading at the end. It’s all about the money, I get it, but they make what should be a pleasant experience a stressful encounter. Lesson learned, in future I’ll tolerate overgrown eyebrows til I can get in with my (unpushy) beautician.

When I went to my appointment today at 16:40, they turned me away from inside the salon, saying, “Sorry, we’re closing at 18:00, we won’t have time to finish your procedure.” They’re so unprofessional that they couldn’t even take down my phone number correctly. I told them I traveled two hours to get there, and they just said, “We tried calling you.” They can’t even take down the correct number, nor can they schedule appointments properly according to their closing time…I was only 10 minutes late because of the evening traffic.

Brow,s are a total mess,and don't want to go out,had them waxed never again.went to primark in newcastle, over waxed & threaded,don't no what I'm going to do now

Sabiha from MK Raw beauty at Primark did an amazing threading on my chin and neck. She is absolutely professional and talented at finding new solutions to a problem arising.

I had an amazing experience at the Cardiff store in Primark with Ryan.

I got brown gels and they look amazing! The location was lovely, all of the staff were super friendly and the price was great. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done there, and I hope to go back!
